I’m in California, but my complaint was sent to Ohio. Tammy was the person in charge of my complaint and she was absolutely wonderful. This is the first time BBB has followed through for me; California’s BBB system is not as hands on. Tammy even called me in California regarding a question about the status of my complaint and agreed to re-​open it if the business did not follow through on their end. You should be very pleased to have such a wonderful person working at your agency. She is quite an asset!
