Great Starbucks; especially for a DT area. They are always well stocked and clean inside. Staff is friendly and flexible to answer questions/provide suggestions. Regularly busy but they get orders out pretty fast. No drive thru; no restroom inside.

Went in for an Ohio collectible mug. The collectibles are placed on a very high shelf behind the counter. The barista grabbed a mug and rang me up. As I was leaving the store, I pulled the mug out of the box to see the image on it, but saw and specks of dirt on it. I tried picking them away, then said to myself, «What the hell am I doing? Just get a new one!» So I mentioned it to the barista and she found a clean mug. I appreciated her efforts, but I’m sharing this review so that Starbucks can be reminded to clean the merchandise periodically. No one wants to buy a dirty/dusty/or sticky anything from your stores.

As if. My comrade would like die if she didn’t go here. I think the coffee is gross, especially the flavored drinks. I like some of the people who work here, but you don’t even want to know. Like there is some lady who doesn’t blink. I started waiting outside when I noticed this because people who don’t blink scare me. Like when you’ve watched as many murder shows as me, you don’t take chances. Anyway, I went in here with my comrade today. The lady who doesn’t blink wasn’t working. I just really don’t like it here. I really don’t like Starbucks. It’s actually not good. This Starbucks in particular scares me because of the non-blinker.

Good location from my hotel. Friendly staff, not much traffic in there about 30 minutes prior to closing so I had a lot of attention. Definitely not the morning rush — more like a closing of a bar at 2 am.

I am satisfied with my service and tea. There was virtually no wait, and customers kept pileing in I will be back. I woukd love too see a location at the Banks but this is close enough considering the service.

Pretty standard Starbucks fare but what makes this one are the employees. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Always nice and upbeat. I told the barista to surprise me with a frappucino and after a few questions he set me up with the best one I have ever had. Definitely a good stop.

i don’t normally beat a dead horse, but this place just demands it. today, late afternoon, i was the only person in line, ordered a drink, and then waited 10 minutes, while a 2nd person came in and ordered, and got their drink. i then realized they forgot my order. that’s right, they forgot to make a drink in a busy busy line of ONE people. how does one forget to make a drink in the nanoseconds of time that pass between me ordering and paying? how does a person who dresses like Stevie Nix retain non-Fleetwood Mac-based employment with such extreme memory deficits and poor customer service skills? only science can answer these questions. in the meantime, keep on keeping on, Worstbucks.

Friendly employees, okay prices as usual. Just downloaded their mobile app, it’s user-friendly and I’ll be getting a free drink on my bday ;-)

Came here looking for coffee and a bathroom on the way to Fountain Square. Should have checked Unilocal first. As have said before me there are no public restrooms at this location! The drinks I and my family got were just okay and the service was rather snarky. There was a lot of eye-rolling going on behind the counter, even when my brother-in-law ordered. He’s probably been a barista for more years than these two Starbucks employees combined total. Maybe these two baristas were having an unusually bad day. Whether they were or not, their attitudes were very unprofessional.

As a long time Starbucks loyalist, it pains me to say that my experience at the Starbucks on Vine and 4th was the worst experience I’ve had at not just any Starbucks, but at any retail establishment I’ve been to. After ordering an iced coffee with one Sweet n Low and cream, I was told by the cashier I could I could put those ingredients in myself at the table. I was asked to repeat my order 3 separate times to the barista making my drink, and then received a tremendous amount of attitude from a young brunette woman with glasses. She asked my drink order again, and I said the cashier had told me to put my own cream and sugar in so it was just a plain iced coffee now. She snapped that it’s standard that iced coffees come with classic sweetener, rolled her eyes, and then made the comment«it’s like pulling teeth.» Perhaps if it were packed or busy, I could overlook this, but there weren’t any other customers behind me. I received my coffee, added my own cream and sweetener, and plan to never return.

Although there are numerous Starbucks near our home, this is the closest to us. Unfortunately, the sidewalk outside the store is uninviting due to trash cans just outside the front door, bums camping out on the sidewalk, and panhandlers asking patrons for money. Once inside, all is OK, but first impressions leave one wondering if they care to enter.

This is by far the biggest and best Starbucks location in the downtown area. Located inside of the Omincare building, this place has ample space, plenty of outdoor seating and is easily accessible from the street.

Like any other Starbucks. Kinda on the smallish side. Pretty fast service. There’s one table outside I saw but you’ll have to contend with the homeless. Lots of them on the street in Cincinnati.

When you are looking for coffee in the fountain square, Cincinnati, this is one of the many options. Go here only if it is your only option. The place is small, baristas are not that friendly and there are just better options in the neighborhood. Also it is located on one way streets so good luck finding parking!

They serve Starbucks here… with a side of sass. Side note: The homeless people outside have laptops and iPads. It’s pretty awesome.

As a downtown regular to this Starbucks, I must say, I am a fan. The first time I was asked if I would like my «usual,» I became aware of two things. 1) I have a problem with the amount of iced coffee I drink. 2) The staff was paying attention and generally cared about me. I would agree with some of these reviews that the staff USEDTOBE somewhat cold and unengaged. However, the staff has changed quite a bit over the past 3 – 5 months for the better. The staff now warmly greets me every time I enter(which is quite often, sadly). In addition, the staff is quick and efficient(which at this Starbucks, is crucial given the high volume of business goers).

After arriving in Cincinnati, I was dismayed to find that my hotel charges $ 10 per night for internet access. Highway robbery! Fortunately there’s a Starbucks across the street that will supply it for free, so that’s where I headed to get a bit of work done after hours. I ordered a chamomile tea to warm the soul and hopefully help dissolve some of that grease from the meal earlier in the day. It was just perfect for warming me up and lifting my otherwise exhausted spirits. There’s no bathrooms so if you’re looking for a place to wee, you’re better off elsewhere. Service was pretty friendly, but I can see how some might find it a little rough around the edges. However, I didn’t experience any problems and will likely be back several times over the course of my stay in town. Food: 7⁄10 Service: 6⁄10 Price: $ Atmosphere: 7⁄10

Do you prefer your latte with a giant dollop of snarky and nasty attitude? You’ve found your place.
Instead of soy milk would you like sour faces and rolling eyes? This is the place to go. Would you like to have to carry eight coffees in two hands because they ran out of carriers, again? Challenge accepted, visit this store. Would you like to repeat your order numerous times, because God-forbid the person ringing out your drinks communicate with the barista to convey what you have JUSTORDERED? Repeat away, my friend, you have found your home. I’m convinced this store is a social experiment to see how rude and obnoxious the baristas can be and still have people visit the store. Well, count me out: neither myself, nor my coworkers, will ever visit this store again. I have never visited a Starbucks with such consistently awful service. On top of their piss poor service, I have yet to visit where they have not been out of some common supply(drink stoppers, carriers, normal sized straws, etc.). In the fashion of a true hipster, this store is an #epicfail.

Always busy but they are fast here. Typically have two registers taking orders. Good amount of seating. Only negative no restroom, but I get why not. In a downtown area like this, you don’t want a public restroom in a buck. During my stays here, the baristas have actually started to remember me and my drink, which is always great when you travel… or a bad sign because I go way too much…
