This shop came highly recommended by a riding buddy of mine. I went there for a fitting. Mitch took lots of time with me. He was quick and accurate with his assessment and, using a very precise computer-generated fitting bike, improved my fit dramatically. Ever since I got that fitting riding has felt much better and I’m faster! Mitch also gave me lots of pointers with pedaling style as well as general pointers Their stock of bikes and accessories is really complete and high-quality. I’ve been a customer at many Cincinnati bike shops. This one is one of the best.

So I needed a road bike fit and started calling bike shops. Mitch picked up and worked me in the next day. The process, knowledge, and results were fantastic. In the end my bike is where I need it to be to prevent injury and go fast & efficient. It’s nice to deal with the owner with all those years of experience. It shows. The process was so easy for him but effective for me. I truly feel like I am on a different/better bike. Also, unlike other fits I have had, Mitch was never upselling me on a bunch of new stuff for my bike. Don’t go anywhere else!!!

Thank you Austin and Mitch! Loved that you got my bike fixed and I was back on the road in no time! Glad I was able to provide some entertainment with the whoop-de-whoop in the chain! Finished my ride safely all thanks to you Austin and the great service.

Great experience here. They have a good range of types and price points. I intended to go to a few stores and shop, but I felt so good about the service, I bought a bike on my first visit and didn’t look back. They understood what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell. I got a full fitting. That really makes a difference in ride comfort and performance. These guys know and love bicycles.

Mitch and his team are amazing! We bought my wife’s bike from them and they fitted us that night. I continue to go back frequently for parts, labor, and new gear. I also like how they offer so many opportunities to ride. They lead multiple speed groups on a very regular basis. Thanks!!! Chauncey

Truth be told I had heard some murmurs about Bio being«snooty». I realized that these people never experienced them personally so I gave it a shot. I bought and was fitted with some cleat shims. There service was absolutely top notch and the pricing was very reasonable. They have had my business since and will continue to. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, this is the best source for CX bicycle information and knowledge in the Cincinnati and tri-state area. This place has fixed my CX bike quickly and has provided useful suggestions on improving my bike based upon my requests. Pricing is fair and they’ve got a very knowledgeable team that works to ensure a great level of service is provided to you and for your bike. I think that the parking lot is a little difficult to navigate, but I think it is well worth the trouble.

I was really happy with my service at Biowheels in Madeira, OH. I was travelling into Cincinnati to attend a triathlon training camp, and didn’t have a bike shop connection there. I called in advance and requested an appointment for a «day-of» bike assembly and tune, from an airline box. The owner, Mitch, was happy to oblige. When I arrived, the staff was immediately able to help me and had my bike assembled and tuned in one hour.(This would NEVER happen in CA) They even replaced my thrashed chain for me. Pricing was fair and I would recommend this shop to anyone, happily. Good experience. On, Madeira!

Mitch knows how to run a bike shop! I usually don’t stray from restaurants in my Unilocaling but this is such an exceptional place I am making the leap. From novice to pros they make you feel welcome and will answer every question. From sales, to maintenance to form they can help with it all. There are a lot of bike shops around — but few have the same feel that Biowheels does. It’s worth the trip up there — and the side bonus is that if you are going through Indian Hill you’ll ride past them anyway so they are good people to know!

BioWheels is another great bicycle shop in town, and Bicycling Magazine actually listed the Madeira store as one of «America’s Best Bike Shops» last November. BioWheels was located in Clifton for many years but has been operating at the intersection of Miami Avenue and Camargo Road in downtown Madeira since 2005. BioWheels, which has twice been featured in the Business Courier of Cincinnati, specializes in mountain and road bikes, perfect for the hilly Madeira and nearby Indian Hill areas. BioWheels has lots of trendy Scott brand bikes, as well as Ellsworth, Cervelo, Bianchi, and Jamis, just to name a few of their top brands. The Madeira bike shop also has a large service garage, while they also sell tires and other parts necessary to keep your two-wheel rides in good shape. BioWheels also has some cycling clothing, as well as water bottles, hats, and cycling magazines. If you love biking and are in the scenic Madeira area, be sure to stop by Mitch Graham’s mountain and road bike shop and you won’t be disappointed. From the great bikes and bike service to the friendly staff and the lively store adorned with many large cycling banners, BioWheels is truly a great local bike shop.
