For starters I’m a huge Bobby flay fan and I would eat almost anything he cooked for me. The plan was to eat at this place in Vegas but due to an alcohol induced coma we didn’t make it. Long story. Anyway now let’s talk burgers and stuff. I would like to start by saying that this place wins the onion rings world championship belt. Undisputed champ to say the least. I just ate a Bobby Flay inspired burger and the first thing I mention in a review is the freaking onion rings. I hate plain onions but I absolutely love onion flavor. So the thought of butting into an onion rings and pulling out the entire string grosses me out. But these babies didn’t have that. These are so crunchy and flavorful. The buttermilk coating makes all the difference. I had the burger of the month the«Mulberry street burger crunchified«. It was amazing from a taste standpoint. It was cooked to a perfect medium temperature. My only negative would be that the burger was a lot smaller than the bun. I was expecting a mucher bigger patty for the price. I had the blueberry pomegranate Milk shake that was very tasty. The milkshake straw was bigger than a typical straw which told me that shake was very thick and Rich before I tasted it. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone in the Cincinnati area that can handle slot machine noise. Bobby if you read this** we need at least a 1⁄3 pound of beef on these burgers.

I got the Dallas burger with fries. It was great tasting and the burger was a decent size. But let me tell you, that strawberry shake i got was the absolute best shake i have ever had!

Tasy burgers but tastier fries. I love its pork burger and sweet potato fries. The strategic placement of the joint is advantageous and disadvantageous as well for it. But if you work or live nearby or occassionally pay visits to horseshoe probably you should try it.

Basically the sole reason I come to the casino! The burgers can’t be beat! They always come out cooked to perfection and beautifully-plated. The LA burger with avocado relish and watercress is my all-time favorite. I have not been here in a while and didn’t realize they introduced salads to their menu, so no excuse for your vegetarian friends to not tag along! They have 3 kinds but unfortunately I can’t tell you what they are as I only care for their burgers. :) Side options include onion rings, regular fries, cheese fries, bacon + cheese fries, and«the undecided» which lets you pick 2 diff sides. The onion rings are good but I thought the fries were just alright. They have milkshakes too which I will try next time. Definitely one of my favorite burger places in town!

One of the best burgers I ever had. The sides are also really good. We had lunch right when they opened at 11:00. The service was good. Will definitely be back.

This place delivers a truly excellent hamburger. There is so much flavor within it. it’s amazing. I tried the blue cheese burger. it literally melted in my mouth. This place is good enough to seek out at the casino even when having no plans to gamble. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Cool looking place with open communal seating. About 8 options for burgers. It was pretty average. Burger was just ok, I had the Dallas, crunchified(potato chips on top). Fries were good but his special fry sauce was too thin. Mad Mike’s beats this place and not too far away.

The food was alright, nothing outstanding. Went with a couple of people. We got the Brunch Burger, Bacon Blue Burger, Bacon Cheese Fries, and regular French Fries. The burgers were good, but not better than a burger at Applebee’s. Bacon cheese fries were good. The cheese they use is a white cheese sauce. The Bacon Blue Burger had way too much blue cheese on it. I would go back if I’m already at the casino. Not worth a special trip. Also, it was around 2 o’clock when I went and there weren’t very many people in there, but almost all tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. I had no problem finding a clean table, but I noticed other customers did.

I LOVETHEBURGERSHERE. My favorite is the Bobby Blue burger. I love their fries and assorted ketchups as well! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating as well. I wish the restaurant’s ambiance was a little less fast-foody, but I guess that’s just the way it is. OVERALL, I recommend Bobby’s Burger Palace!

Really the only reason I go into the Casino is to get a Burger and Milkshake from Bobby’s Burger Palace! Not only can you spike your milkshake if you it strikes your fancy(which I haven’t tried yet, because a normal milkshake is just so DANG delicious), but you get to see a delicious rotation of burger styles and flavors that I haven’t really found anywhere else here in Cincy. I’ve been several times and always see new burgers to try on the menu. The perk of it being a chain is they have a ‘frequent buyer’ type card that you can eventually get a free burger; no way do a turn down a free anything. The price is reasonable for the wonderful flavor options you get. Consider bring a friend so one can get fries and the onion rings; trading back and forth because both are good enough that you’ll want to try both. It’s got an old fashioned dinner feel and you’ll be kept entertained by the fun people watching provided by the casino. More than just a fun place to make a stop, it’s a yummy worth while one.

Ok so yes its a chain, in a casino, but their burgers are pretty damn good. I usually try their burger of the month, but on this occasion I went with the L.A. and crunchified it(they add crumbled potato chips). Burger was done just how I asked(medium). Beware it is a little spicy, which I enjoyed, but not everyone might. The watercress and avocado was super fresh. Their fries are no frill and kind of bland, but the fry sauce that comes with them is good. I prefer the sweet potato fries. Make sure to try their pistachio milk shake, thick and yummy! My friend had the Miami(he is a cuban snob) and really liked it.

Nice to know they had a sort of gluten-intolerant friendly option. The«Topless» burger meaning the meat and everything from whatever burger served without the bun, on top of a bed of greens and balsamic dressing. I would day it was delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection. But, I hope this place gets gluten-free buns so one day gluten-intolerant people maybe able to enjoy these bad ass burgers the real way! Fries were crispy and awesome. Milkshake were a bliss!

Good food, good price. Two of us had lunch on a weekday and it was packed. The LA Burger was really good. The Sweet Potato Fries were also good; I especially liked the Spicy Honey Mustard dipping sauce. Ordering was easy and polite. The service after sitting down was lacking a little bit. My lunch companion asked for a cup of water twice, but two eventually were delivered. His food took much longer than mine, by about 15 minutes, to be delivered to the table. Overall, a really good place.

Just when I though I had eaten at every great Restaraunt in Cincinnati my taste buds meet Bobby Flays burgers. The LA burger was cooked perfectly mid rare. It was topped with an creamy advacado relish which was mouth watering. I cannot wait to come here again.

When I heard about Bobby Flay opening a restaurant in Cincinnati I was extremely excited. I love Food Network and I watch anything and everything Bobby Flay. Ironically, I am sitting hear watching Food Network Star and the challenge is making your food look good and photographing it to share on social media. I did this yesterday but not in a good way. Yesterday my cousin and I had dinner at Bobby’s Burger Palace in the Horseshow Casino. When I first walked in and I see the sign I was so excited, I am FINALLY going to eat at a Bobby Flay restaurant. As I walked in and up to a counter to order I wasn’t sure how I felt about it, it was not what I expected. I was expecting a walk in, sit down, someone take my order. Once I got in and sat down I thought«ya know this is an old time diner feel» and I like it. We sit down and someone comes over to give us our silverware. She gets them from a bucket type container under the counter in front of us unwrapped with her bare hands. I did watch her and she did touch the handles but I have no idea if she washed her hands or not, so that’s when I started to watch the staff. One staff member made a comment that they scheduled too many people and they were not going to make any money tonight, I thought that was a little inappropriate to say in the dining area for customers to hear. There was a really tall dark haired guy with a beard who was standing at the pickup window and he was touching all the plates, kind of shuffling them around, and his hand touched the bun of someone’s burger and the pickle on another plate, thankfully not mine but I still thought«why does he have to touch every plate?» There was a female cook in the kitchen who had her hair in braids but no hat or hairnet, and she was eating. It looked like a chip or something which she put some type of sauce on. When you eat you touch your mouth and that’s just not sanitary to be eating in the kitchen while preparing other peoples food. We ordered the Brunch Burger with American cheese, bacon and an egg with onion rings. As our food was brought to us I was really excited I was expecting the best burger of my life. When it arrives I notice the bun is a sesame seed bun which was toasted and the sesame seeds were burnt. I take the bun off and I was surprised that the egg was not runny like I was expecting, there was a lot of black on the egg and very little yolk. The burger was kind of dry, the bacon limp, and the sesame seeds bitter and unappetizing. The onion rings were mostly breading and the onion was very strong. Overall I was extremely disappointed. It wasn’t a bad burger it was just mediocre, Five Guys has a better burger. We do not have any restaurants in Cincinnati that are owned by chefs of Bobby Flay’s caliber and reputation. The picture of the burger on his website is not the burger I got. On one hand Bobby himself did not cook it, but on the other hand I am sure he has instructed his staff. Perhaps they need another training session. If you compare the picture I took of my food and the picture on the restaurant website, they are far different. We do eat with our eyes first and this burger lost me from the time they sat it in front of me. I was so excited to eat at Bobby Flays Burger Palace and I always give restaurants two chances because anyone can have a bad day. I will go back one more time.

3.5 stars really. We finally got a chance to try this place out and thought it was pretty good.(Just not a destination.) Out of our group of 4, I got the plainest burger(just meat, lettuce, and cheese) and because of that(I think) I was able to taste that the patty was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly to temperature. The others thought their burgers were good too, but not quite up to the hype. The chocolate milk shake was REALLY good, and the sides(onion rings and sweet potato fries) were above average as well. Other reviews made us nervous because of comments on the atmosphere, but we actually liked it. True, it doesn’t really have private tables, but it’s colorful, bright, casual, and comfortable. In all, a nice option for casino-goers.

I have a mega crush on Bobby Flay, so of course you can count me on anything that has his name on it. But his Burger PALACE?! I mean, that’s like the next best thing to having lunch at his ACTUAL home. I’ve been here a handful of times, and love it every time. It’s an order-at-the-counter-and-they-bring-you-your-food deal, so it’s super casual and kind of upscale fast food. It’s moderately priced for being a palace(around $ 8 for a burger), and they switch up the menu every once in awhile(plus a special«Burger of the Month»). The burger toppings are great(I recommend the LA Burger or Bobby’s Blue), but the bun isn’t anything to write home about. Be prepared to split the fries — the onion rings are massive! And, because you’re obviously not counting calories when you go to Bobby’s, don’t forget the milkshake(Pistachio or Black & White)!

I wanted to LOVE this place. I mean, it’s Bobby Flay’s. He’s THEMAN on a grill, right? Why only 3 stars? It’s a cafeteria. A fairly well appointed cafeteria with nice light fixtures yes but still a cafeteria. A cafeteria that’s completely open to the casino floor on one side. Everybody walking by glances in to watch you eat. Yay! When I get off the floor, I like to get off the floor and not just move to the side a bit to sit at a hipster lunch counter themed fish bowl. As for the burger I’d give it a meh plus. Good meat. Good bun. Good toppings. Temped right. Overall, the burger itself was good. Solid. Better than average by a little bit. Honestly there are three chains with restaurants in Cincy that have burgers as good or better. Three. Chain restaurants with multiple locations. As good or better. They did nail, and I mean NAIL, two things. The fries and the sauces are top shelf. The humble french fry is deceptively difficult to get just right but what I got were perfect. Absolutely perfect. The sauces are creative and the perfect accompaniment for burgers and fries. I’m sure they’re tried and true recipes that Bobby has mass produced for his restaurants somewhere. My only problem with that is that they need to bottle and sell them! Fantastic! Those that say it’s worthwhile to fight downtown traffic, park and work your way through the casino floor JUST to visit this place are, I suspect, star struck by the owner. I get it. I’ve got a big boy crush on Bobby too but this place is barely in my top ten burger joints in the city. Give me less hassle to get to it, tables with table service, less predictable décor and up the game a bit on the burgers and it’s a destination. As it is, I’ll try the other restaurants at the casino before returning here when I go to The Horseshoe. Sorry Bobby, maybe your cache had my expectations too high. Maybe I was in a bad mood that day(although I did walk out of the casino with a lot more money than I arrived with). Maybe it was just an off day for the place. Or maybe, it’s just another burger joint.

Love how it’s designed like an old time diner. Love that they give you lots of sauces with the fries. Love that they have the BIG straws for the thick milkshakes. I hate the sesame seed bun — sesame seeds serve no purpose besides being annoying. Darn near perfect fries. However, not a perfect burger. A very good burger, but not anywhere near perfect.
