I love B-dubs! We were seated right away and had great service the entire night. I asked for extra sauce on my wrap and was not disappointed. Our waiter was prompt in giving us refills as well. I will definitely be back!

Not a pleasant experience. It was a Friday night, music was loud to the point that conversation was not possible, service was not great. Waitress forgot ordered items. Food quality was normal but everything else contributed to a substandard meal. The loud music was definitely what bothered me most, if not for that I would not be writing a negative review.

Horrible. Waited around for ten minutes and no one showed us to a seat. The person I spoke to on the phone was being very rude as well.

This is a frequent stop for our family. It’s a great atmosphere for kids and adults who enjoy a noisy, sensory overload dining experience. There are games for the kids to play and with TVs literally EVERYWHERE, there probably isn’t a sporting event going on you will miss. They have Pay Per View showings for major sporting events and it can be a fun and loud time with friends! We generally get the sampler meals and salads and share everything. We like the variety(mozzarella sticks, wings, onion rings, nachos, pretzel sticks). Unfortunately, the boneless wings seem to be getting more and more hard breading piled on and are not as pleasant to eat with all that crunchy breading poking your mouth. And if you’re looking for dessert, save yourself for the Orange Leaf across the street.

This place must be bad luck! Every time I go, there is an issue… I have been twice when the fire alarm has been tripped by staff and we spent our entire meal waiting for the fire department to come to turn off the alarm…(both times nothing was done by management to make up for the ear piercing sound, everyone got their checks and left). Once I dined in and ordered a draft truth Ipa, sold out, I then ordered a goose island ipa, sold out, then i ordered a game changer, again sold out. The waiter took my order everytime only to return without a beer in hand.(He was unaware of the fact that they were out of all these beers!?!) they comped me a bud light… In addition they have significantly reduced the amount of sauce they toss the wings in leaving them very dry, and if your order extra sauce they will charge you. Last time I went I ordered a beer and the waitress carded me(I understand its her job, but I’ve ordered beer from her countless times, and she recognized me!) Unfortunately this time I forgot my id at home and they refused to serve me alcohol… Today I ordered take out and was told the total was 12.35 on the phone. I called back to confirm the order, which was wrong(good thing I called) and again was told the total was 12.35. When I arrived to pick up my order I was given a bill for 20.35 !?! and was missing my blue cheese… And am I the only one that has noticed that the prices have skyrocketed over the years? In high school this place was much better, better quality, bigger portions, better service, and lower prices. I was proud to say I was a regular, now I avoid this place like the plague. I have learned my lesson countless times and will not return…

I’ve been to this location a few times to watch games. Most of the time, the service isn’t lacking(not tremendous either) and the food is solid, but don’t expect anything great outside of the wings(why are you getting anything else at Buffalo Wild Wings). The beer is a bit iffy at times, but they are good about replacing it for your if it comes out flat. 4 stars for the staff preserving the most important aspect of a BW3’s: Keeping sports, wings, and beer(see any BW3s commercial) as the main focus. They always have a good slew of games on and actually play game audio for big local games. Kudos for not giving in to the demands of non-sports fans who complain about noise and want to watch dancing with the stars, etc. If you don’t like sports and noise, don’t go to a BW3’s… this seems obvious. In summary, you can count on the game being on with audio… isn’t that the most important aspect of a sports bar

Food was good but service was slow and we had to wait for a long time for them to respond if we ask any extra sause or anything.

If I could give negative stars to this location I would. I love BWW, but the service at this location is always very slow and this past Sunday I asked for a table for two that was not near the door and was told if I did not want to sit at the table by the door I would have to wait. What? I saw no less than four other open tables which I mentioned. I was told that those tables were for more than two people and they would not seat us there for that reason. I felt very confused by this as there were no other customers behind me at the door and the parking lot was practically empty. I love the wings at this location, but I will never return after the table incident or at least not until the manager has been replaced.

I love this joint and will continue to eat here but the beer always tastes wrong. Newcastle and Fat Tire are beers that I know well and drink plenty of but they just don’t taste right here. Can someone who knows beer get back to me about this? Thanks.

EXTREMELY poor take out service. Ordered at 4:48pm, told them we would be there at 5:15pm. Said okay. Arrive late thinking we are good to go. 6:00 comes around and still no food. They claim we said 6pm takeout of we have no idea where that came from. Wasn’t super busy. They basically forgot the order…

Food is ok. Go there for our regular servers. Tonight I was told they were on a wait with a ton of tables available. I was alone at the time. I believe they didn’t want just me sitting at a table during Thursday night football. Really sad for a business to do that to a regular.

Went in for carry-out. The woman who took our order was kind of nasty. When she read the order back it was in correct. Unfortunately I didn’t double check the receipt. We waited 40 minutes for our order. The last 15 minutes it was apparently sitting behind the counter waiting. The food was cold by the time we got it home and the original mistake in the order had not been corrected. Perhaps my least favorite of all the BW3s in the area.

Cold food and no sauce for a huge office staff order. Our office ordered a big take out order and all the food was cold when we got it(1 min drive) so it’s not like it’s going to be like its been sitting out all day like it was. There was no sauce for anyone’s order except spicy garlic. We were very displeased with the carelessness of our order and won’t be coming back.

So loud! Even my sport loving boyfriend was annoyed at the volume of the TV’s! Got the boneless wings – ugh not good. Barely any sauce and some were hard – like inedible to chew. Beer was good, of course it’s hard to mess that up. Service was good. I wouldn’t eat the food again – I hate paying for something that is just not good.

BW3 is a great place to watch a game with friends. The food, other than the wings, is not good. They do have plenty tv’s, great atmosphere, wings, and plenty of beer on tap so what else do you need?

This place was ok. Family friendly environment for the sports fans. Best thing is if some ones kids were screaming you would never know… hmmm. The wings were decent. Flatbread was undercooked and a mess in the center. The waitress never refilled my diet coke. Although it was all and all an in the middle ok experience. A more attentive server and cook would have gone a long way.

PARDONME, BUT I’M GOINGTOHAVETOYELLMYREVIEWBECAUSEIT’S SODANGLOUDINHERE!!! CANYOUHEARME? OKAY, CONTINUING… Well I’ll do away with the all-caps at least, but imagine me still yelling. Seriously, that is all I can take away from my visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings. It wasn’t even that crowded, but something about the acoustics in here made it so that every table’s conversation was amplified, bouncing all around the restaurant. The boneless wings could really use more sauce. What sauce was on them seemed to have just dried up into the crispy skin. Popcorn shrimp on the other hand was quite good and you get lots of them. They tasted good in the cocktail sauce and in the honey BBQ sauce. I think I’ll try normal wings next time. With earplugs.

This is an overdue review. The wings were good, but they weren’t über spectacular. You can get similar wings at Wing Stop back home in Irvine, CA. My 4 star review is really for the service during my first visit. Because it was my first visit, the waitress was kind enough to bring me out a couple samples of different sauces that I was debating over ordering. This was really sweet of her and much better in helping me decide than an oral description. Being the dork that I am, I wore a stark white dress shirt to a wing place. Of course, after 1 minute, I already had a bright orange drip mark on my shirt. The waitress noticed and offered me extra napkins and soda water. What more can you ask for, if not a pleasant experience?

If you don’t live in or near the Sycamore Community Schools district, chances are you might not have known about the old Buffalo Wild Wings back in the Harper’s Station shopping center off Montgomery Road. The Buffalo Wild Wings was nestled back with several other businesses near Kemper Road, providing for almost no exposure. Even though it was popular with some of the local residents, especially on Sunday afternoons during football seasons, it wasn’t the ideal location for any major restaurant. Guess what? They moved. Buffalo Wild Wings is bigger and much nicer, sitting right on Montgomery Road after occupying the former Don Pablo’s in Symmes Township. After much work went into renovating and revamping the former Mexican restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings finally opened during the last week of July and it has been a major upgrade and an overall big success. Nearly every night the parking lot has been full, and even Monday night for the Bengals’ first preseason game the lot and restaurant was filled. I had long wanted to check out the new look and same great food from Buffalo Wild Wings, so I picked up some wings and a salad from there this past Saturday. Even though I was in there for just five minutes, I was impressed with what they had done with the place and the service was really good as they were extremely friendly. I expected to see a bit more seating than there was, but I guess when you add the upstairs and the new outdoor seating to the equation, it is a pretty big place. At the very least it is that much nicer than the previous location and it is in a perfect location for any hungry person driving by. Buffalo Wild Wings has a ton of big screen and HD TVs, the same great wings with fourteen sauces to choose from, free trivia, Wi-Fi, daily drink specials, and 40-cent wing Tuesdays and 50-cent boneless wing Thursdays. While the restaurant operates the same way as it did before, it’s so much nicer and their new location has been good exposure for the restaurant. I was reminded of their good food, not to mention I now know about their Tuesday and Thursday wing specials. Overall, I’d probably rate the overall Buffalo Wild Wings franchise a four, but since I am rating this new location specifically, I give it a five-star. It’s certainly one of – if not THE – best Buffalo Wild Wings I have seen.
