The food was less than great. I ordered the Frickin’ Chicken Dip which normally is a pretty sizable portion in other restaurants(Willy’s for instance), but here it was smaller than a baby’s cup of applesauce! Also, I came in late, probably like around 12am, and closed it out. This is not a place you want to come in late and hope to receive great service. I don’t know why places say the are open to 2am if they don’t want to hold up there end of the bargain. Obviously this is one of those establishments. It was apparent that everyone was ready to go and didn’t have time for customers and the inconveniences that those customers present with being – guess what – customers! The bartender Sarah commandeered the Touch Tunes music jukebox and forwarded past paying customers songs to play here personal playlist(you know, because she was closing and needed the motivation). Ultimately, you are better staying in on Sunday night as opposed to visiting this poor excuse for a late late spot. They should probably just close at 10pm since some of the staff has mentally checked out by then.

Ridiculous place, complete mistake frequenting here. Service was terrible, no silverware or napkins offered with our food, ate Nachos with a knife. doesn’t deserve 1 star. Barmaid on her phone & disappeared more than she worked. Don’t waste your time. I counted approx 6 employees doing really nothing for the clientele. Hot mess…

Went to Frickers today for wings and a beer. Bartenders(Jade and Kristen) were amazing, super accommodating — and gave great recommendations. Amazing place to catch the game, enjoy a wide variety of beers, and have some great food. We had the wings 5⁄5.

The wings were super greasy! Salad was wilted. There were some super drunk old man falling off the chair. Lots of television for sports tho. Definitely a few steps down from BWs. Will not be going there anymore.

Never been impressed with the food at Frickers. They have real issues with consistency. Sometimes the chicken chucks are cooked correctly and sometimes they seem lacking. But the beer is always cold and the service is great.

This is a dive. Judge it by the bathrooms. Filthy and no hand towel– just those germ spreading hand blowers. How do the employees thoroughly was their hands? Also they have no nutritional/food allergy information. So, they really do not care about their guests in any way.

I stopped by this Fricker’s last night. Place was packed, however, the hostess took the time to help me find a seat at the bar. Once seated I couldn’t quite see the UFC fight, despite a million TV’s, so a waitress, Randi, got another turned on for me. One of the three bartenders was a nice girl named Lexi who couldn’t have been any better. She recommended food to me that turned out perfect, kept the drinks coming, and made friendly conversation. I recommend if anyone is in the Cincinnati(Mason) area that they stop by this Fricker’s. You won’t be disappointed.

Came in today for a lunch meeting with 3 others, and had a great experience. The place was clean, staff was friendly and competent. No issues to report, great job! Great place to stop for lunch, our food was made quickly and all of our orders were correct. In and out in less than an hour, that’s a win!

There are TVs everywhere is the place. It’s borderline divey, but can still be a nice place to set up shop on Sunday and watch a few games. They also have great deals on domestic beers during the week($ 2.72 for a big one) and daily food specials. It is a convenient place to go if you are in the area, but nothing that I would go out of my way for.

Well, in the Dayton/Cincinnati area, this place is number three on my list for wings. I went for lunch and there wasn’t a huge crowd — though there were a few folks there for World Cup Soccer. .. but I digress. I ordered the chipotle wings — naked. The wings were cooked through(the last time I ate a Fricker’s, they weren’t). This time around, the wings were meaty. The sauce on the other hand. .. While I didn’t expect the chipotles to burn my mouth, I expected some. .. zing? But there was some flavor. Well, it would do in a pinch.

Great for a sports event! Best TV coverage in Cincinnati. Downside… The food is subpar they are«known» for chicken but it was obviously a «product» from Sysco or some other vendor. I was expecting hand cut and breaded chicken. Other menu items just ok. Bottom line sports YES Date or dinner NO

Great food! Friendly staff. The service was a bit slow. Took us almost half an our to get wings and a burger. Patrons at the bar were extremely intoxicated and yelling out profanities. Made us uncomfortable. The manager didn’t correct them once.

As a business traveller to the area each week… and very tired of the endless chain restaurants, I decided to check out Fricker’s for lunch this week. It looks like a great sports bar and would come back to watch a game over a couple beers. The food… well, pretty basic and below average. The wings had way to much batter on them. The Frickin Chicken Sandwich — for half the price, could easily have something better at Chik-fil-a. Fries and everything is extra making it a higher priced lunch. Also, the service could use some work… very slow to order, wait for food, get the check, etc. I would come back here for happy hour or to watch a game… not sure I would be back for the food.

Love it! The GM Rich seems to really care and that makes the place run properly. The service gets better each visit and the beer selection is very good!

I went to Fricker’s based on the opinions of some former co-workers. This place is set back from the main street and may not get a ton of business. It was certainly slow the Tuesday I went in for a late lunch(1pm or so.) Frickers is a chicken joint serving wings and other chicken oriented dishes. I ordered a cherry soda and some«hot» wings with blue cheese. The soda was well prepared given that they had to add grenadine to get the cherry flavor. The wings were ok. They were overly drenched in sauce and way too hot to handle when they came out, but weren’t particularly spicy either. The server was friendly enough but seemed to linger an extra moment making things ever so slightly uncomfortable. I might go back with a group sometime, but I don’t think this place is worth it solo or with just two people. Shoot higher.

My two issues with this place are as follows… 1) this place has a large kids area and kids are running around all over the restraunt. It’s like chucky cheese in there. If I am going out for drink I don’t want kids running around. 2) their waitress all run around in shirts that are 2 sizes too small and you can see every fat roll and bloated stomach they have. Put some clothes on ladies, there is nothing that anyone wants to see.

This is a great new addition to the Fields Ertle area! The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect from a sports bar. There were lots of TVs and plenty of opportunities for drinks and food. What really sets this place apart is the value that you receive here compared to other similar restaurants. I went for $ 0.40 boneless wing night on Monday and was amazed at both the size of the wings and the flavor! The boneless wings here are probably 50% bigger than other similar places and yet the price on Mondays is quite a bit less! That is a win-win combination for me! I also came by for their $ 5 steak and a side night. I know, I know… A $ 5 steak can’t be very good, but suprisingly it was a lot better than expected. It was actually cooked to order and frankly for less than the price of a fast food meal, it was pretty darn good!

If you are someone that wants a lot of eye contact while you dine out with a partner, don’t come to this Fricker’s. There are TV’s everywhere! Big ones too. It’s impossible not to look! For a sports junkie like me, it’s perfect! A pseudo arena Jumbotron drops down from the ceiling over the main square-shaped bar. Each side has one 80″ TV with two 47″ TVs above it. One jumbotron, 12 TVs. The picture I posted of it does not do it justice. It’s a sight to behold in person. There are four other 80″ monsters on the walls. Even more 65″ TVs adorn the walls at Fricker’s. The general manager gave me the TV size run down yesterday. Added bonus for me, I’ve already been twice and each time there have been a few TVs showing the NHL Network. With hockey being my favorite sport, that’s huge for me. Most of Fricker’s menu revolves around the Frickin’ Chicken they offer, and it’s pretty good. Wings, chunks, salads, sandwiches, sliders, etc are among the many options that star the chicken. I’ve been satisfied with the portion size. Not too much, and not too little. Maybe except the Frickin’ Chicken Salad. That’s big enough for two people to share. A few negatives that kept me from 5 stars follow. When you order the boneless wings, dipping sauce like ranch and blue cheese costs extra. I wish that wasn’t the case. Soda is over $ 2(way over, if my short-term memory serves me correct). Ouch. The parking lot in front of the restaurant is very big. I don’t think you’d ever have a problem parking here. I changed my mind, 5 stars. The frickin’ Jumbotron is that cool.
