Very clean store, great clearance prices, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Returns are a breeze and its a great location as well!

Though I live in the Detroit area, I was here on business recently, and one of my shoes split. Not knowing the area, I checked to see if there was a DSW around, and sure enough, one was just minutes from my hotel.
Inside, I was asked by at least three different people if I needed help, and their selection was as good as I had expected. Finding something to wear in a men’s 13⁄14 wasn’t a problem, and their business-​friendly selection was quite substantial.
