The tenders are the best for a market strong with tenders and wings. Especially the grilled tenders they are perfect. The wedges spun in your choice of sauce are on point. Great atmosphere, good beer choice.

1st time we’ve been here and the food and service was very good. We live in Anderson and did not care for the location on Beechmont so we never gave this one a try. Our server was very attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions and got sauces for us to sample before ordering. There were 4 of us and I think we had special requests on each item we ordered. All of our items came out perfect. It was a nice experience and we will be back.

This location is in the same strip as Jungle Jims, and because I didn’t want to go into JJs hungry, here we were. Even though there are several Wings & Rings in the Cincinnati area, there aren’t any in the Lexington area. So, this was my first time experiencing BWR. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, so I thought that I’d enjoy BWR. As we walked in the door, I noticed the daily specials posted. That day was Sunday, which indicated $ 1 off craft beer pints. Don’t depend on that though, because after we drank several craft beers, and then when we received the check, it didn’t reflect the $ 1 off. The waitress was completely dazed when I mentioned the sign and the special. Oh well, the craft beer options were plentifully, but we didn’t get a beer menu. The waitress briefly let us «borrow» one from the table beside of us with one patron, then we found out it was an old menu and several on the options weren’t even available. That was a bit frustrating. Get it together people! We really would’ve stuck around for at least another round. The food menu here has a lot more options than the options at BWWs. The prices seemed to be a bit more pricier here though. I settled on a buffalo chicken salad. The menu indicated that it comes with chicken tenders tossed in Buffalo Medium sauce, served over assorted greens with carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and croutons, served with ranch dressing on the side. But mine was topped with grilled chicken tossed in sauce… that wasn’t very pleasant. And it came with blue cheese. I asked for ranch, but I sucked it up and ate the salad, minus most of the chicken. The weird thing was that I was charged for the bleu chesse dressing… that I didn’t even ask for. That was strange. I tried the fries and a boneless Garlic-Q wing. Both of those were excellent and the only reason I’m giving two stars. Otherwise, the gross salad escapade, the long wait to receive our food and the bad service, made my experience less than favorable.

Went there during lunch with a couple of co-workers. When we walked in, sign said wait to be seated, but took a couple minutes until a hostess showed up(it was around noontime, the place was busy, but not packed). Server was nice. We ordered traditional wings, boneless wings, and buffalo nacho salad. Food was excellent as always. Boneless wings were fresh and pretty big. What bothered me was the time to get the check and then get it paid. I was dressed in a business suit, so it is should be pretty obvious that we are on a lunch break. In that case, most people know that workers get an hour for lunch. That usually incorporates drive time and eating time. Our time from entering the restaurant to actually exiting was about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The restaurant and staff should be more sensitive to that. Food 5, Service 3.

I loved the Aioli Fries and Mozzarella Sticks. Good food. Just absolutely HATED the service. Hannah was our server. Took forever to bring the food. Then everything that was handed to us was handed from one end of the table as if we were in a booth — we were at a table in the middle of the floor. Why can’t you just walk to the other end of the table so that a super hot plate doesn’t have to burn 3 people’s hands??? When we got our checks back, she handed the whole stack of checks for us to sort out ourselves. No effort at all. Never even offered us to-go boxes. Never came back before we left, and we sat there for a pretty long time… :/

The wings(as usual) are very good. However, one of our favorites is the gyro. It’s seasoned just right and is always tasty. Whether we’re sitting at a bar high top or at a regular table., the service is always fast and friendly and the happy hour prices are always a bonus.

Best wings I have had in the greater Cincy area. Wings are decent size and are never frozen. The sauces are all spot on and done right. The best part is options line extra wet, blue cheese, ranch, and celery are included. Nothing chaps me more than a wig place charging for dressing. The blue cheese is homemade and thick. Service was great, but be careful if you have a large party. This place is attached to the Eastgate Mall and there is little to no room for large parties without having to split up.

Hit thus place up as I traveled, it was always a staple when I lived here. We did take and the order was perfect, which as big as the order was is great. I got a lot of it with extra hot bit it didn’t seem as hot as I remember. Overall this was a great take out experience but if you want it hot, get atomic and remember you can mix the sauces any way you would like and the ranch is good here as well. Also open until 11 on week days, nice!

The Pecan chicken salad is excellent. Might need to go light on the dressing next time.

I have gone to Wings and Rings at Eastgate Mall quite often and they work to make sure that I am a happy customer. Trust me, if they didn’t, then I wouldn’t ever go back there! Good appetizers, Beer and very good wings and their burgers are also quite good. They also have the Buzztime System for online trivia or Texas Holdem’ It’s a good place for me and my friends to hang out or even shop in the Mall after!

Beer, Wings, and T. V with sports or fights. what more were you expecting? We went before the haunted house last weekend and I didn’t find anything wrong with the place. I’m just not really a fan of their food in general but the atmosphere is laid back, and I actually like that it’s inside the mall. If I were over there I’d go back again to drink some beers, eat some wings. and watch some sports or fights.

There isn’t anything super special about Buffalo Wings & Rings but it is a decent place to get a drink and watch a game. The staff is definitely friendly and helpful so that makes the fact that they don’t have amazing food or drink specials a little less dissatisfying. It’s not the biggest restaurant as it is located in the East Gate mall but I always seem to find a seat at the bar. The bartender, Brandon is fantastic! Someone knows how to make great Blue Long Islands! He is well known and well liked by the regulars here and it’s obvious he works hard and cares about his customers. The food is typical American bar food so there are wings(go figure), mozzarella sticks, etc. The wings aren’t any to rave about but are tasty in their own right. I always like to have mozz sticks and you cant’ really mess them up so congrats to them on that. Yum. I really only come here to drink some Strong Island Ice Teas or some beer. They do sell those 110oz. beer cylinders for $ 15 so you can share with your buddies. Overall a good time. Many TVs and it doesn’t get too crowded. See you during the next game! :)

I visited this location for lunch with a few friends from out of town. When the bill came the other members of my party gave me cash for their portion of the bill. I had the server remove the cash from the bill, apply the remainder to my debit card, and I tipped over twenty percent in cash– writing«cash» on the tip line. When I checked the bank for my posted transactions I noticed that the server had entered an additional tip on my debit card. I called to speak with a manager and after finding my receipt they confirmed that the server had entered an additional tip amount on my card when there was none. The managers attitude when trying to justify this charge was disrespectful toward myself and I got the impression that she was more interested in defending the server than making sure I felt comfortable with the resolution. Ultimately the manager did refund the illegitimate charge, but I’m very dissatisfied with my experience with the staff and I would not be surprised to find this has happened to other people as well.
