Chase Bank

Between Gina, Marvin and all the other bankers and tellers at this location in Eastgate, they make banking a much easier, more empathetic situation. We have had many financial changes and issues over the time we’ve been with Chase after leaving the evil 5 and 3 quarters banking institution who charged for oxygen, and Chase has been a breath of fresh air. The bank itself is decorated nicely with an inside 24 hour ATM, inside you have coffee, refreshments and seldom have to wait. Plenty of drive ups as well. In a sentence, they have taken care of many problems which would have been MUCH bigger problems had they not been sympathetic to our situation and helped us as best they could to right any wrongs. Thanks so much Chase for this branch and don’t change a thing unless it is upgrades and investment into the people there. Blessings!
