The Cincinnati Hearing Center was simply wonderful. We borrowed a pair of hearing aids for my 91 year old father to use for a month to see if we could make it work for him. Unfortunately, he is just too far gone mentally to be able to figure out a realistic way for him to use them and not lose them. The audiologists we worked with were so supportive. I and my sisters never felt the least bit pressure to buy the hearing aids. I felt they were simply interested in doing the best that could be done for him. They ended up tuning up the old hearing aid for only one ear (the other had been lost) and wish my dad well. They were professional and kind. We will definitely return there if one of us has the need in the future.
