My daughter treated me to a mani-​pedi for my B-​day. Loved every minute of it. First time customer here and definitely not the last. We went on a Wed at noon, great time since hardly busy and no chemical smell (which I’m sensitive to). Great ambiance. Vietnamese run and business booms here on weekends.

I had been a customer for over three years. I walked in recently and with no customers there was told to wait for a technician I waited 30 minutes when another customer walked in and was waited on. She told the tech. that I was first and the tech told her no, my tech would not be in until later. This was news to me and when I questioned the tech she told me it would be another hour before anyone showed to do my nails. I told her to forget it and I would never be back. No apology, no comment. Never again. These people do not value their customers.

This place is gross. There is at least 3 layers of nail dust covering everything! I was worried I was going to get some kind of fungus after the pedicure. The person who did my nails did a horrible job. They only put on one coat of paint and when I asked if they could put a design on my big toe, he told me I had cut my toenail too short to get a design?! I have never had a problem with that at any other nail salon. I will never go back!

I’ve been going to Cincinnati nails for about 4 – 5 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience before, lately I’ve been very unsatisfied. Just this last time I got the pink and white and I felt she was rushing it, I have noticeable bubbles in my pink acrylic, and they are uneven and already lifting after one week. Please bring back the old staff Cincinnati nails! I miss Bao!

Love Cincinnati Nails there is a nail technician that services me well, she’s timely and friendly. Cincinnati Nails is a great neighborhood shop not a lot of fuss.
They will service what you need and you’ll be on your merry way. It’s a clean facility and the prices are very affordable. This place is a great choice for permanent service or temporary.
