I’d only recommend going here if you had a coupon or for a sale. I’d recommend Plaza Artist Materials over Michaels any day when it comes to art supplies. If you’re a craft person, I guess you don’t have very many options. They closed the Michaels by my house so I went to this one to get canvas to replace one my friend loaned me and I was shocked at the prices even after going on sale. I called Plaza Artist Materials from inside Michaels and found out they had the same size canvas for HALF the price. I feel like this store preys on creative people who make crafts and would not recommend anyone shop here until the prices normalized but I really don’t see that happening anytime soon. The staff at the store were great and even helpful but I could not bring myself to by anything that is not on sale. I bought one 4 ft canvas and got one free plus an extra $ 10 off and will look for deals like this in the future but it will be the only time you ever catch me in the store.

Love, love, love this store! I might be biased, but this location is definitely the best in the area. Their selection is really great and well-​organized, and the associates are really helpful. And I’m so glad they finally moved into the mall!
