I would not suggest buying from this store. Ordered a couch and bedroom set in January. Went to pick it up March 13(after a call saying it was in 3weeks earlier) — They lost the headboard and had to order a new one. We moved out of state(four hours away) March 14 and have been calling and calling since trying to get ahold of Ben or somebody in charge but nobody ever calls us back. We were first told that they would have Ashley drop ship the headboard to us and we would have it by March 16. Then they changed the story and said that Ashley ‘can’t drop ship’ and that we can come pick it up once it arrives at the warehouse. We are four hours away and that was not what we were told originally. We’ve asked for several calls from management but have not received a single call back. After a week of the headboard shipping to their warehouse, they are just now trying to figure out HOW they are going to get it to us. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Top notch. I am really happy with our bedroom set. It came in early. Communication was excellent. And the warehouse is great to deal with. We had a small issue and they went out of there way to fix it the next day.

Warning! Don’t buy from here. You can get it just as cheap else where without being lied to. I wish I would have been warned. Don’t sign the contract at the end. Read it First! They make no promise on delivery then when your furniture never shows and you keep calling they will charge you a re stocking fee for canceling your order. That’s what they want. Giving you a bill without delivering a product.

Cincinnati Overstock is an amazing place with seemingly unlimited options in a gorgeous showroom and amazing customer service. Truly the lowest prices we have been able to find for the highest quality furniture anywhere. The customer service people are laid back and so incredibly helpful and knowledgable. We did not feel any pressure whatsoever to buy anything which enabled us to take plenty of time to decide what we wanted, which ended up being ton of furniture. The deals are just that good. I wish more businesses were run like this one. Two thumbs up for this place! –Nathan

If you need any furniture, go here first! I do not understand all of the negative reviews! I have been here multiple times and A+++ I have literally seen home depot Ashley and Morris drop off stuff here at half the price or better.. this is an overstock warehouse. I was looking for a kitchen set and Went to Ashley Furniture first I found a set I loved for 1400 went here and got the same exact thing for 600… they get from the same suppliers as the big name stores… I will go here over any other place

If you ever have to buy furniture from somewhere, please do yourself, your wife, your husband, your kids, your pets and anyone else who could visit your house a favor and bypass Cincinnati Overstock. I went there on March 21st to look for a sectional and ottoman. I met«V», one of the sales people and she was very helpful. She helped me measure the piece she recommended which seemed to be perfect for my place. I bought the chaise, sofa and ottoman. She told me it would be about 6 weeks until arrival because the manufacturer had to make a new one. The piece was said to come from Chicago. I was moving into my new place a week or so after my visit there, but figured I could wait because it was my fault for waiting so late. So weeks go by and I don’t hear anything from them. I call the customer hotline 5ish weeks after ordering and she(Tearza) said my piece will be here on 5⁄15. That’s a whole 8 weeks after they placed the order…2 weeks longer than I was told. I said okay, I’ll look to hear from you all via phone or email when it gets here to schedule delivery. Well, 5⁄15 comes — nothing. So I call them back. I speak with a pleasant lady named«Spring». She was nice to talk to, seemed to care but didn’t have any information on where my stuff was. She told me to call back the next day as the girl who does the tracking would be there and tell me exactly where my stuff was. I called 3x the next day, and on the 3rd time(after blocking my caller ID), someone picked up. It was Spring again. She had her notes from the day before and immediately said she was look into it. I was on a silent gold for 15 minutes. She came back on the phone to say they had no idea where my stuff was and if I could wait until Monday, her boss would call the manufacturer. I said no thanks, I would like all my money back. She was hesitant to give it back(per her boss I assume), without them trying to make it right. But at that point, I had given them chance after chance to do so, but to no avail. So, she credited my card the $ 1,000+ for the stuff and said it should hit my account in 2 – 3 business days. Again, Spring was very nice to talk to and seemed to make sure I was taken care of. But Cincinnati Overstock as a whole… I’m disappointed and not at all impressed. Sure they have lower prices, but their standards of delivering the material to the customer is less than mediocre. Here I go, back to the store for furniture shopping…

We ordered a 3 piece sectional from this company and upon arrival the product was not anywhere near the quality of the one we picked out in the showroom. The piece that was delivered had various types/grains of leather on it and had no sense of uniformity. I have purchased leather furniture before so I understand that not every piece is the same. However the piece they delivered was definitely used and one that they were trying to get out of the warehouse. Multiple calls and emails to the company were not returned so I contacted American Express and they issued me a refund since Overstock was unwilling to replace the sectional. To my surprise I FINALLY did receive communication back from Overstock, the form of a threatening email. I’ve attached a photo to show what I’m talking about. AVOIDATALLCOSTS.

The selection process and the purchase was the easy part. The salespeople were very helpful and they had plenty to choose from. However, the delivery process was another thing all together. We built a new home and purchased a few fill in items from Cincy Overstock.(Dresser, Nightstand, etc.) The delivery people refused to wear foot protection to prevent mud from getting on the carpet. They refused to open the furniture from the cardboard. They expected a tip and got an attitude with us after they proceeded to ruin our brand new carpet with mud stains. Upon further inspection, our furniture was damaged in several spots. To save time and headache medicine, we decided to repair the damage ourselves and avoid any further contact with this company or their delivery people. What a disappointment.
