Recently refinanced. She was hired over the phone by the title company. The owner and only employee is unprofessional, not organized and «over the top»! I received a full refund and apology from the title company. She came missing pages, documents in green and black (she didn’t realize she was low on toner). She wasn’t familiar with the documents and a usual hour closing took 2 hours. She also came 30 minutes late.
She required us to take a pledge to tell the truth like in a trial and wanted us to place our fingerprints in her book that she permanently kept. When we refused she called the title company to make sure it was OK. They laughed at her! I later spoke to my loan officer and title company and they both apologized for her outlandish behavior. There’s more but I prefer not to post in this review. Trust an elite who has done many closings; don’t hire her!
