Fast Track Auctions

My complaint is for the Columbus fast track auction location. The issue with this company is that they are selling broken returns from major retailers as brand new unopened products. This is a bold faced lie. I have a close relation with the Retagit stores another chained the operator of fast track owns. They send items to Retagit columbus the employees open the boxes to find the items completely destroyed. The retagit employees then send the knowingly broken items back to the warehouse for fast track acution which are the auctioned off with stock photos and statements such as «BRAND NEW UNOPENED» even though like I said the item is knowingly damaged or destroyed. On top of them trying to pass of returns and broken items as new they also charge an outrageous 17.5% «auction fee» just because. It serves no purpose other than to get them more money for absolutely nothing. I would say you are better off taking cash out of your wallet and burning it then going through the headache of doing business with this company. You will just end up with a broken item that cannot be returned or refunded.

As a long time bidder and winner, I have yet to ever have a problem with fast track. Today I called the Cincinnati office to ask a question and a girl named Tisha answered. She had a very bad attitude with me, would not answer my question and kept telling me the same thing as if she were reading it. Once I told her she was not helpful and asked if she could just give me a yes or no answer she hung up on me. If this is the way you are treating paying customers I will take my money elsewhere and let all of my friends know about the customer service, or lack there of I received. The power of social media can reach a lot of people. You are in a business where customers need to be the most important thing, without customers you would not have a business.

Terrible terrible terrible they sell you item that say new and unused but are broken. They are scammers selling stuff that is broken then good luck getting your money back! Buyer beware! The whole site at all locations is the same don’t let them tell you different. This place should be regulated.

Business is run very poorly. Carmen the owner cancelled my bidder number when I became upset over them trying to scam me out of $ 645 saying my items disappeared. Had to file a complaint through my Credit Card company to get my money back. Advice stay away from the auction the deals are not worth the misleading descriptions and pictures.

This company ILLEGALLY charged my credit card 10 times causing me to bounce other obligations and incur overdraft/​NSF charges from my bank. They have admitted to the fraud (caused by them) in email but refuse to pay the $ 64 I have requested, even after proving to them with screenshots of bank statments and details about the transactions. I have also filed a BBB complaint as well as a FTC report/​complaint against them!

I’ve bought several items from this company over the years and their service has really gone down hill. They are purposefully misrepresenting items and then they don’t stand behind them. They also have a roach problem in their warehouse so if you’re a restaurant, that’s a problem. It’s too bad because they could be a great service to local businesses. They like to hide behind the idea that if you didn’t preview the item you’re screwed. After getting screwed over on $ 600.00, I’ll never do business with them again. Items are not like they show in the picture.
