Until I started a personal tour of creamy whips in the area, I hadn’t realized how rare blueberry soft serve is(who remembers this from summers at Kings Island?!). I love blueberry soft serve with rainbow sprinkles and am happy I know where to get it. A couple downsides to this restaurant: it’s easy to miss since it’s in a strip mall in Greenhills, even easier to miss since it only consists of a window and a couple tables out front. Umbrellas over the tables would be nice additions since ice cream and the hot, summer sun don’t play nice together. It’s also cash only, fyi. Again, loved the ice cream. Will go back.

Awesome! A great neighborhood business. The dole whip was delicious. Really all the flavors were quite good. We sampled different kinds and were able to customize our orders. The owner was super friendly. She told us about the history of green hills and helped another patron who was pregnant find a bathroom in a neighboring business(they don’t have a bathroom.) Be sure to get the sprinkles and the peanut brittle sprinkles. They were yummy!

Is this place a historical landmark yet? It’s been here as long as I can remember. A great local establishment, the Creamy Whip is located right next to Winton Woods Park. It’s perfect to bring your kids to after school or during the weekend. They have picnic tables to sit down at and enjoy your ice cream. Their menu has gotten smaller over the years, but the ice cream is good quality and the service is always excellent. I always get a cookies n’ cream flurry. Just remember to bring cash with you.

The Creamy Whip is located in a larger mini-mall like complex. I have passed by it on numerous occasions without really noticing it was there. There’s plenty of seating options — outdoor and indoor(!) — and lots of parking. We walked up to the window and ordered a chocolate cone for my son, but I noticed they had lots of yummy looking treats. The softserve was thick and tasty. My son loved it. The small size was quite large and cost $ 2.20, which was very reasonable. Can’t wait to go back!

The Greenhills Creamy Whip is where I had one of my first real jobs, so it will always hold a special place in my heart. The Creamy Whip, as I grew up knowing it, always had solid ice cream, an extensive menu, and very reasonable prices. When I worked there, there was even fantastic home-made chili to make nachos and coneys for patrons. Therefore the actual food was pretty great, too! I am sure things are different now, seeing as my aunt no longer owns the establishment, but for solid ice cream, flurries, blizzards, and sundaes, The Creamy Whip can be entrusted to deliver any of the above menu items at a reasonable cost. Closely located to Winton Woods, which means you can make an entire day out of it!

The Greenhills Creamy Whip is making a comeback! My favorites have always been the«Zebra» cone because it is the most classic. However, I was a big fan of the Rice Krispie Treat Flurry — it was very yummy! They do have some great flavors of frozen yogurt as well. It is not a big place but is family owned and operated and they are trying to make Greenhills the way it used to be in years gone by. Give them a try on a warm summer day and enjoy your dessert!

Yum, yum and yum. We love this place! We’ve had the flurry, a hot fudge sundae, a zebra«twist» cone, and a zebra waffle cone with sprinkles. So good. Next time I’m getting the berry twist since so many in here raved about it. Family owned, open seasonally, closed in the winter.

Any place that doesn’t take credit cards should get knocked at least one star. Luckily I had cash on me, so I ordered a strawberry malt at the outside window. It was fine but kind of bland overall — not overly strawberry-y or malt-y.

The official name of this establishment is called«The Creamy Whip,» as in the ultimate leader of soft serve. I’d say it’s a suiting title after experiencing the delights of their flavors. The Creamy Whip has one of the most organized hand-written menu displays in the city. If you’re like me and like to read everything before ordering, you’ll understand why this is important. Everything is categorized so you can go right to the section of what you’re craving and pick a flavor. Four items earned this whip a gold star: 1.) Strawberry Blueberry twisted soft serve 2.) Dole Whip soft serve 3.) Frozen bananas dipped in chocolate or cherry 4.) Cheesecake on a stick Where else besides the State Fair can you find those last two items? Now I can indulge with frozen calories on a stick throughout the entire summer! My berry twist cone was fruity and still filled my creamy desire of soft serve. My friend’s Dole Whip tasted like fresh pineapples and is also gluten free and dairy free. It’s a perfect treat for those with a sensitive stomach. The Creamy Whip has both the traditional walk-up window with patio plus an inside dining room; a rare find amongst creamy whips! With so many unique features, I wish this location was closer to Downtown. Perhaps now I’ll have a reason to visit Winton Woods more often. Price per person: $ 2.50 CASHONLY

Came here the other day with my nephews after a hot day at Winton Woods. We arrived before noon so the place wasn’t open yet, they waited patiently and as soon as the clock hit noon, my sister and I got them out of their car seats and took them to get some ice cream. My nephews of course had to get the cone with rainbow sprinkles and I ordered a small cone with zebra ice cream a mixture of chocolate and vanilla. The price was very fair as three cones cost us around 5.

Creamy Whip is a small ice cream shop a short distance from Winton Woods. Though it may be quite a drive for many of you closer to Downtown, it’s a good place to visit after a day at the park. The ice cream here is very good and unlike anything I have tried before. I think the name pretty much sums it up: Creamy, soft, and rich. And whippy. I had the root beer float, which spilled down the edges of the cup, but sure hit the spot after a game of frisbee golf. The establishment is definitely not the cleanest, but the ice cream is well worth it.
