This business is horrible. For one they are very rude. I know this because I worked there for a very brief, sad time in my life. The (Hispanic) lady who answers the phone is rude and treats people very unprofessional and don’t you dare ask for someone else if you have a complaint, it won’t happen she will hang up on you. They were very disorganized in the way they did business. Every night things were chaotic they didn’t know who was going where, to do what job. Most the workers are non English speaking or very broken English so communicating will be hard for anyone hiring this company.
This is a spiteful company that lies. When I resigned they were not happy. Years later I applied for Cincinnati PD after graduating college. They lied to them and said I was fired for no call no show (anyone who knows me knows this is laughable) and that caused me the job. Any company that would do this, I can only imagine how dishonest they are in their day to day business. So if you are a business looking for a cleaning service do yourself a favor and keep looking and pass this company up.
