We found bugs in our box spring, but after a little research we thought they were probably carpet beetles. I called Scherzinger who came out the next day, confirmed they were carpet beetles, told me what to do and left. I was impressed that they didn’t try to sell me anything or charge me. If I ever do have a bug problem, they will get my business.

Found a bed bug and Scherzinger was the most immediate to respond, and they do heat treatments which was what I was most interested in. Fred was very nice, confirmed I had a bed bug and we scheduled the($ 1200) treatment a month later. It was a little long to wait and a pain to prep the house for the treatment but they were very professional and my house was 99% back in order when I got home afterwards. A follow up inspection turned up nothing, although I thought it wasn’t very thorough. Neither of their inspections have been very thorough, and when I inquired about barrier or spray treatments I was told they couldn’t do an individual unit(I live in a condo) despite being offered a pesticide treatment initially. The day after the inspection I found another bed bug. Fred had warned me that they don’t do guarantees on condos but I still wanted to do what I could to handle the situation so I called them back up. I was forwarded to «the heat department» three times(the reception is very kind) and left three messages in the past month, with no answer. I finally managed to make an appointment for another inspection to happen today but then they didn’t show up! Not even a phone call. I called and the reception confirmed I had an appointment but she couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Left another message. I’m sorry to say that if they don’t get back to me soon and give me a little better customer service, I’m going to take my business elsewhere. Update: A technician did finally show up that day and did a *much more thorough* inspection of my house, finding nothing again despite the fact that I found a live bug. I was told to wait and see if any others show up(the one I had found was male) and call then. I’m still not comfortable in my own house but I know that there’s not much to be done at this point.

PROS All staff are attentive and friendly. Gives service on an individual basis vs. requiring a contract, like many companies in the area. Great pricing on both single visits and the package deal. Thorough with inspections and applications. Comes for a free«follow-up» after initial application to assure service eliminated issues(not sure if this is for single visits or just for the quarterly package). Timely in both arrival and length of service. Respectful of carpeting(cover shoes). CONS Pricing of misc. products. Website has plenty of info. about pest control, but not much on miscellaneous products they sell. I’m so glad I found this company! I live in a wooded area and find many different bugs around my home in the summer. I called many pest control companies before this who were very vague about pricing and forceful to set up packages… Most don’t offer one-time services, but they do! Darren is excellent. He took his time assessing and treating my house, inside and out, as well as sitting down with me and explaining the situation. I didn’t plan on signing-up for the quarterly treatments, but he treated my home once and it has worked SO well that I had to continue services with them. Highly recommend this company.

Just had Tony come out for an evaluation. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in ways I could understand. Competitive with other companies, however, they are more personable. Free evaluation, so nothing to lose.

Scherzinger came out to our business because for some reason ants were invading our office space. I didn’t personally interact with them, but I can say that they did a great job, my office was invaded the most out of everyone and I haven’t seen an ant since. Great job guys, if I have a problem at home I will definitely call you.

Really frustrating customer service policies that seem to be focused on upselling rather than addressing actual customer needs. I used them to put in a bait-trap system and monitor it for our previous house, but I definitely would not use again for the house we’re buying now. Can’t recommend.
