Ordered a new suit and sport coat for a wedding I’m attending. I went in two weeks in advance, and the clothes only required minor alterations (shorten the sleeves, hem the slacks). The night I was supposed to pick up the clothes, I received a call saying they would not be ready, but *should* be ready by 5pm the next day (the day of the wedding). The manager told me they were attempting to locate a tailor and get the alterations complete in time…
I do NOT suggest anyone go to Jos A Banks in Rookwood for any time sensative orders.
