Kroger

This is my favorite Krogers location. The steak selection is always better than most and my bank is there which is very convenient. I do have one suggestion though, employees should make more of an effort to put the customers first. They are always stocking at the times I would suspect to be busy and only a few of the employees make any effort to clear the way for a customer. I do not know how many times I have had to make way for an employee barging through my path without even looking at me. Its all good though, nothing is perfect.

I am ALWAYS at either this Kroger or the one on Five Mile. Kroger is my go-​to grocery store. I have yet to not be able to find what i am looking for at one of those two locations. I’m not sure what else there is to say about grocery. I like it.

I like coming to this Kroger even though it is quite smaller than the mega-​Kroger a few miles west down Beechmont. This is because the smaller one is often less crowded. It has lower ceilings too, which I for some reason always equate with small town feelgoodness. I’d say I’m able to find what I’m looking for roughly 95% of the time, so they do a good job keeping the store stocked. Produce is the one area where I sometimes notice empty shelf space. There’s one set of self-​checkout terminals at this Kroger.
There was one occasion where we bought a few watermelons that we discovered had already gone bad when we got home. Customer service was quick to process the return and sincere with an apology. Other than that, I’ve had no problems here.
