Great that you can just run in for a quick adjustment whenever you need it! Always super helpful!
I have purchased a couple pair of glasses here. I always wait until they have a sale (because I hate to pay full price for anything and they are a little pricey, that is the reasoning for the 4 star rating). But I will say that the selection is usually great, and I love being able to try on the frames to see how they fit my face, instead of just creating an image online and playing the guessing game.
You can come in and just browse without being hassled, which I totally love, or you can have someone stay with you while you shop, so totally whatever mood you are in that day, take your pick. I prefer to browse, then take the final couple of pair with me for a final fitting, before I go all in and make the final purchase.
I also purchase the «care plan» because… let’s face it… I totally suck with glasses and cell phones! I got my $ 29.99 worth, when my new puppy shepherd decided to wear my 6 month old pair of glasses in his mouth… no questions asked… a few giggles, yes… but no hassle, a new pair of glasses in about 45 minutes!
Today, I just stopped in to get a quick adjustment to straighten them out. In and out in under 5 minutes! Thanks Lenscrafters!!! You rock!
