I am still in disbelief over the behavior I observed at this McDonalds. At 3:00 P.M. last Saturday, there were approximately 5 cars in the drive through and no customers in line, when I went inside to order. One worker was shouting to another (who was on break) about the quality of their food. I was standing right in front of her, for a full 3 minutes, she made eye contact with me, then she turned away and went to talk with the other 4 employees who were chatting near the drive thru window. AMAZINGLY, NO ONE asked for my order. Ever! After another 3 minutes the group started a shouting match «…you go take her order, I ain’t waitin’ on her…» and then I stormed out. UNBELIEVABLE!

Not very happy with them at the moment I was here before breakfast hours. They would not serve me dinner. Then I ordered breakfast and set in the drive through over 20 minutes! I saw them play fighting and running through the dining area. So I guess they have time to play but not fix food!

It was almost noon and my favorite coffee shop next door was jammed packed, so I ran inside this McDonald’s for some caffeine. By the looks of all the cars in the parking lot, I just knew this would be a mistake at this hour. I’m impressed! This area is known for high traffic and they seem to handle it extremely well. I waited less than a minute to be waited on. The cashier greeted me and served my coffee with a smile. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes! I’m not the biggest fan of their coffee, but my order was correct and the coffee was hot.

Drive through and management here is much more consistent and efficient than the Mariemont store. This is a high traffic store

I will never ever go to this McDonald’s again, I may never go to a McDonald’s at all again because of this place. Handed me a bag of food with blood on it!!! And the management didn’t even care! The manager was the one bleeding! That is so discusting, didn’t even apologize or anything.

This location is better than most. I used the drive-​thru and had to change my order while at the second window, after I had already paid. The staff was a little thrown off because they were very busy on the Saturday morning but they were able to quickly accommodate and get me my order without much delay to the rest of the line. Each team member spoke to the person at the next window to make sure they were aware of the change in the system. It felt good to know they were flexible and didn’t make a big deal about it.

Unfortunately they cut back on their staffing at this location. A shame because now the seating area is often a mess, there is often no tea in the lobby, and the garbage bins are overflowing. This used to be one of most well run McDonald’s around.

It can be a pain dealing with mall traffic. But! It does have a traffic light at one end of their lot.
The place can fill up on weekends from mall lunchers, but they normally have plenty of seating. The food is always fresh, and their quick with their drive thru, especially in the morning with breakfast.
