McDonald’s

Worst wait ever. You’re not getting FAST food here.
Picture this: a ravenous group of people (four adults, half a dozen middle schoolers) after a long day at King’s Island on a Sunday night. McDonalds seems like a reasonable choice, right? The kids like it, you’re in and out quick, and it’s relatively inexpensive.
Now imagine this group of people walk into a nearly empty McDonalds. No line. A few people in the drive-​through. And two employees in the whole place.
All the kids take their turn ordering.
The adults wait.
Five minutes go by.
One kid finally gets their meal.
More minutes. Another meal.
The adults still haven’t ordered yet; no one is behind the register.
Ten minutes and some kids are still waiting for their orders.
Ten more minutes and all the kids have their orders. They head out to the van to eat while they wait for adults.
Adults are still waiting to order.
By this point, a couple other people have trickled inside, including two police officers getting their late-​night meal.
The two employees were more focused on the people in the drive through. And putting the food together s l o w l y. .. .
We were seriously convinced they were on something.
The other people see we are still waiting and leave. The police officers are willing to wait.
We adults FINALLY place our orders.
Only to wait another twenty minutes to get them.
FORTY-​FIVE MINUTES after arriving, we finally leave McDonalds. The students have nearly finished eating their meals in the van, but the adults have yet to eat. And guess what? Some of the ordered items were missing. Sigh. The food was not warm, either.
By this point, we were just so done with the place.
I believe that some of the adults called the next day to explain/​complain about the experience. I write about it here. GAH.

I used to like going to this McDonald’s, but not anymore, I went inside to order my usual frappé, & hash browns, mind you I was the only one in there, No one took my order, so I’m like am I invisible so anther customer comes in then they run to take my order, once I placed my order, I waited about 2 or 3 minutes, the guy comes and tell me that they stopped, selling the oreo frappé, what??? I just purchased one from another McDonald’s the day before, even though they offered me something else, I will not be returning to that McDonald’s with their rude staff, no wonder the fast food chain is plummeting

It’s a McDonald’s so nothing great but nothing terrible either.

I like the area it is in, which is convenient and easy access. It’s clean, my food comes out hot and fresh.
No complaints with this location. They have two drive thrus and the staff is friendly.

It is the service that you would expect for a McDonald’s. The food is Fresh and fries hot. The service is normally not bad but the staff can sometimes not be that friendly. This store is not good at the switch over from breakfast to lunch so if you go around 11am be prepared to wait.

Definately not the easiest place to get in and out of. And the staff’s not always the friendliest… but in the morning when I get my coffee they’re sweet.
I never really have to wait in line that long both inside or through the drive thru. The only annoying thing about it is first trying to get into the parking lot that it’s located at the back of, and then trying not to get hit by crazies driving through said lot.
