Service was decent, for an odd dinner time. I would not order the«Jumbo» wings again. They were the tiniest most pathetic excuse for a wing I have ever been served. Sauce was basic Buffalo, not bad. They were a little overcooked, but I like them that way actually. Beer selection was outstanding, although I did not have time to try more than one. The restaurant looked clean and organized. I will probably try again, but will stick with the pizza.

Great Pizza & Beer Selection! Great place to go in Anderson. You can easily walk there from Cherry Grove.

One of the best spots in Anderson off the beaten path. Try the stuffed pizza or the calzones. Fantastic craft beer lineup on tap and several TVs for watching your favorite sporting event.

Nice neighborhood pizza joint. Calzones are good. Salads are ok but nothing special. They serve beer and have outside seating.

Very delicious. Not greasy or over filling. Something special about the cheese on it or maybe the cheese was baked in the crust but it was tasty. also good prices. And fast service. They are currently remodeling.

A nice, good-size pizza join. I like that it’s local and family-friendly. The servers were pleasant and patient. Using paper as table cloth so kids can draw on is an excellent idea. The kids went to town, even with just a few crayons. Our food came out pretty quickly. We had a very chill dinner. The pizza wasn’t gourmet, but I didn’t expect it to be. I like that there was a thin crust option. The pepperonis were flavorful(I could taste the spices) and the cheese was gooey, as it should be. We ordered the other half of the pizza to be mushrooms – good ol’ regular mushrooms, but it was good. The price was fair and decent, about what you would pay at a fast food pizza joint, but for homemade taste. I spied wings at the other table and they looked pretty good too. The menu offers a fair list of options, from pizza, calzones to salads. I have a feeling that as I come back and try more items, this review would get an extra star.

Mio’s stuffed pizza … yum. My family likes the fact that Mio’s puts the cheese and other ingredients you choose(like sausage, spin age and mushrooms) on the inside with a thin but adequate layer of incredibly fresh tomato sauce on top. The crust is just out of this world with the pie sitting about an inch and a quarter high. I like to eat and this is definitely one of my favorites. Another favorite is their calzones There are lots of variety to choose from here the Hawaiian calzone is excellent.

Mio’s is a a great place to eat. It’s our go to option when we can’t agree where to go, because we always love Mios. Beer. They may not have 50 on tap, it’s about 8, but their selections are impeccable. I can always count on at least 3 of the beers on tap to be appealing to me, and if I liked every type of beer, one of the best examples of that style would be on tap a Mio’s. Someone there knows and appreciates the craft of beer. Food. Sesame seed crust. Just get it. That said, I think I dislike pizza snobs more than any other. As if since you don’t like the sauce or the cheese, no one else would either, one star. Boob. So try it once, like it or don’t like it, but please don’t get all snooty if you don’t care for the style. I can tell you this, it won’t kill you and it ain’t Chef Boy-R-D or school cafeteria pizza. The spinach salad is an awesome choice if you aren’t in the mood for the whole pizza joint IIalian thing. It’s big, it’s fresh, and it tastes great. Hidden Deal Ask for the small two item pizza and a beer deal. $ 8.99, small pizza and ANY tap beer, and you get to keep the glass, for $ 8.99, Any time of the day. It’s one of the best deals in town. Down Side It’s crowded at popular times and there are mostly booths, If you have a large party and want to go there at a normal dinner hour, you should probably call ahead. That’s it. PS I give bonus points for atmosphere, never subtract unless it involves bad smells or sore butts. It’s all about the food for me, so Mio’s is fine on this count.

Oh my goodness, talk about meaty pizza! Came here with boyfriend and his parents for lunch. I love the thin but fluffy crust, and the pizza had a lot of meat on it. Yay for pepperoni and sausage! Cheese was abundant and oh-so-gooey. The pie was really big too; two slices and I was wiped out. Very nice introduction to Cincinnati :)

Mios pizza was great! Awesome beer and wine selection. Their in-store made sausage is wonderful. Staff very friendly and accommodating even though they were extremely busy. Will definitely go back again.

Olive Garden has them beat and here’s why. I actually didn’t like my pizza — not the crust not the sauce not the cheese or toppings. How can you NOT like pizza right? And we asked to be outside, but wished we didn’t. There was BIRD’S NEST over the door to outside dining. All dinner long a family of birds tweeting while waiters walked back and forth underneath them. And it isn’t a big patio either so like they’re right there. Waitstaff was very friendly and prices are OK. They could turn it around in a heartbeat — just upgrade the place and the food.

Last time I got a takeout pizza here, I had to check twice to make sure there was actually a pizza in the box. For the price I expected more of a meal than a snack. I won’t go back.

Mio’s is a good Italian restaurant that has had humble beginnings in the area, supported by the community and has given back some great Italian food. When my family went to the restaurant, we thought that the décor was a little flat, but the menu popped. All your standards are available: pizza, pasta, etc. I am an unabashed fan of salad bars, so the presence of a salad bar at this location was a huge plus for me. I wasn’t super hungry so a salad bar coupled with a small cup of soup was plenty for me. The rest of my family got sandwiches and pasta dishes and all of them were good. It may not be the most authentic Italian I’ve ever had, but their American interpretation is just as good, if not better, than your standard Olive Garden.
