O’Charleys

We have been to this location quite a few times. Never had too much trouble here until this last time.
It was a busy Sunday afternoon after church and it was busy, which isnt unusual. Service here is hit or miss. Our server this time wasnt that good. I know its hard to be a server as I have done it myself but this was just crazy.
I ordered a diet Mt Dew and my boyfriend stuck with water. We were seated quickly and she brought the drinks quickly. My drink was a regular, not a diet. So I politely asked if my drink was diet and she hesitated and said it was and immediately asked why I was asking. I told her that I thought maybe it was out of syrup. Not mentioning that I knew it wasnt a diet drink. So she said when she brought our food, she would bring me another one… really? when she brought our food? Why not bring it while we were waiting? I didnt press the issue, so she left after taking our order. I got tired of waiting and finally went to another one of the server stations and went ahead and poured it out and poured myself another one. This one tasted just as a diet Mt Dew should. So I returned to our table. The food was correct but the french fries with my french dip were definitely not fresh.
Another server brought our food so the drink issue was never addressed. She never brought my mayo for my sandwich either. She did show up to deliver the check when we were done eating. No one ever came back to check on us after the other server brought our food.
This place is going downhill. Badly. We have eaten at this location for the last 7 years and its never been this bad. Looking at the other reviews here on Unilocal for this location, apparently im not the only one having issues here.

Unilocal needs a no star rating. This place sucks no line seated immediately waited 10 minutes at the table with no attention at all from anyone so we left.

So the only reason this got a star is because my 4 year old was very happy with her mini corndogs. I don’t know if this place was understaffed or if they just focus on speedy service during lunch. I have waited 20 minutes for a refill for my drink. My daughter required her meal to be sent back twice apparently they don’t cook steak often enough to know that a medium steak has minimal blood. Her steak was medium rare when the brought it the first time. We also had the tater tot fondue. Mistake!!! When it’s brought like warm and turns in to a cheese wiz consistency in five minutes. Pretty posses I had to get full off dinner roles cause this meal, the wait just wasn’t worth it. Should have taken my chances with McDonald’s drive through.

We came in after church, the wait was about a minute or so. Even though it was packed we were seated quickly and our waitress came by right away. Everything was fine until my son got his food and my soup was no where to be seen. After about a half hour the waitress finally said my soup was on it’s way and 15 minutes later, no soup. I finally asked for my check and just ate the free rolls. She asked if I still wanted the soup, which of coarse I did not.

If I ask to not be sat near children, don’t sit them next to me after you set me a table 5 minutes before. Thanks jacka**. The floors are slippery like they are covered in grease. It’s very dangerous to walk. The staff is very slow too.

Horrible service, hostess had an attitude when we first came in, she ignored us and decided to help the people behind us before us. Had plenty of empty tables but said that since we had a party of 10 they didn’t put tables together. Service was slow and the food was not their normal taste. Will not be visiting this place anymore.
