We have been to this location twice, and have had a very nice experience both times. It is what it is. Fast food format Chinese food. The staff is attentive, and are sure to let you know that if something is not on the steam table it will be prepared fresh. May want to us that tip in the future, but I have enjoyed what I have tried so far. My family will return!

Going down fast! When they first opened the food was always fresh and the portions were large… We visited last night and they were practically out of food. No egg rolls, orange chicken Some of the dishes appeared to have been sitting for hours and veggies were not available(in lieu of rice or chow Mein). The employees were nice… but when you’re in the mood for greasy orange chicken, nice doesn’t get it.

So this was my first time having Panda Express in Cincinnati. The first time I ever tried it was in Indianapolis a couple years ago. With that being said, was excited because I loved it when I first tried it. When I arrived I had an order for myself and two others. They barely had any food out and had to cook everything. My wait was at l east 30 minutes, there were at least 5 different people who came in after me and left before me. Even with all that most of the staff was still friendly, and even gave me a drink and an egg roll. But seriously this place really need to step it up. Hire some real help or something because this is ridiculous.

Place has disgusting food and anytime you want something they never have it or in the process of cooking it… Surprised this place is still in business!

Ive eaten at Panda Express in several different parts of the country and this one is by far the worst. Its perhaps the worst restaurant Ive ever experienced. There are some nice guys working in the back who are very apologetic for the restaurant’s shortcomings but the management is pathetic. There werent more than four or five customers in there but they were out of sauce and the iced tea was empty and the place needed a cleaning. Yet the girls all just stood around while the manager sat at a table in the corner. With proper management, this place could be viable but i cant believe its still in business.

The only reason that this is getting 3 stars is because of the customer service. The two young women who waited on us were very nice and seemed to genuinely want us to have a good experience. The orange chicken wasn’t half bad, but the fried rice was extremely bland and difficult to swallow. The cream cheese Rangoon were okay — nothing special. I will probably not return, but there are definitely worse fast food chains to spend money at.

What a crock of crap! I went expecting some Panda, and all I got was some chicken! Now don’t get me wrong, the Orange Chicken was delicious… and the rice was cooked great. I’d go back without thinking twice, knowing that it’s fast-food chinese, it’s not the best authentic Chinese food you’ll find, but it’s worth a stop if you’re in a hurry!

Great food, great service! I had the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, fried rice, and a spring roll. The cuisine was pleasing and the staff was welcoming and helpful. A great place for anyone wanting delicious Chinese food without high prices!

This place gets one star for their crappy service. Manager never speaks to you he just stares at you.

The bad reviews are spot on. My experience in regards to customer service was fine. Nothing bad, nothing outstanding either. But the taste of the food is horrible. I tried the orange and sweet and sour chicken. No difference. They both tasted the same. The walnut shrimp was nothing more than breaded shrimp with a tasteless flour glaze. The spring rolls were REALLY bad. I mean very, very bad tasting. Extremely sour. Pretty sure they were old and may have gone bad. I thew them out. Even the fried rice was bland. I will absolutely NOT be back. Complete waste of money. Truly awful food, even for a chain.

Horrid. It manages to combine the worst aspects of McDonald’s(premade food without character) and Chipotle(the cafeteria style line). This particular location is especially loathesome because it put the best Chinese restaurant on the west side of Cincinnati out of business. If you absolutely must have your Chinese food 60 seconds faster and you’re willing to sacrifice freshness, flavor and authenticity to get it, then this is your place.

This is a chain fast food chinese place with the food prepared and placed on steam tables. The person behind the counter gets you a tray and loads up on the stuff that you ask for as you go down the line. Several menu choices greet you including Beijing Beef, and Orange Chicken, which I tried on this trip. The beef was quick fried and doused in a pretty sweet sauce(with a tiny bit of heat) and the chicken was very sweet with a somewhat orangey sauce. I had fairly bland fried rice and sweet fruit tea, but there are also Pepsi fountain drinks. The space is quite pleasant with booths and tables and large open windows. There were plenty of people there both eating in and getting takeout. This is not gourmet and not really authentic at all, but most Chinese food in this country has been adapted to suit American tastes, and this holds true here. I liked the atmosphere and the food enough to come back again when I needed a quick bite to eat for not much money.

First off, I want to make sure I have the right place. After looking this place up on the map on the Unilocal app it was not quite where the map said, this was in a shopping center a little ways East of where the map had it, but there were no other ones that I saw down that way. But anyways… Terrible service. After finally making it to a panda express since there isn’t one in Dayton I was so excited for some orange chicken! My wife and I came here after a day at the zoo so we were pretty hungry. We got there and my wife began first and started going through the line getting her food. I went right behind her, got some chow mein, then some Beijing Beef. The woman behind the counter finished up my wife’s box and as she grabbed my box the other woman behind the counter, who was helping the man behind me in line, went around and put the last of the orange chicken in his box… So now, my wife’s food is done and I’m forced to wait because the person who got there after me got the last of the food I wanted… I informed the woman, Kelsey, that I was in line first and she simply said«Oh, I didn’t know you wanted that.» Really? No sorry? No nothing? Forget it. We paid for my wife’s food and left, way to kill my appetite. Maybe I’m overreacting, but there’s an order and a line for a reason. That reason. No I do not want to wait another 10 minutes while you cook food while my wife’s food gets cold.

I went here just before they closed and they were very gracious and let us stay and eat. This is a fast food type place and it was actually very good. I had the orange chicken and fried rice. The portion size was good and the taste was great. All-in-all I really liked it and would recommend it to anyone that wants to get some quick and cheap food.
