Great for grabbing a couple sandwiches to go when we don’t have time to cook dinner. Love the chicken parm and naturally the Philly cheesesteak. Large fries are HUGE! Only complaint is in terms of value. I would venture to say a 12 inch sub is a bit overpriced. 3.5 stars.

Was there for 20 minutes while waiting for my food to be ready(that I called in ahead of time) and while I was waiting for the food I watched literally EVERY single employee, including managers, run around touching everyone’s food without gloves on and nobody washed their hands. Cashiers were handling money and then touching food without so much as a thought of sanitation. This is not only unsafe practice but downright disgusting. Will never go back here again and i’ll spend the rest of today praying I don’t get food poisoning. Also asked for no mayo on my sandwich and ended up with a solid gallon of mayo on a 12 inch sandwich. My philly tasted like greasy beef and mayonnaise. Avoid this place at all costs.

A very good penn station. Everything you would expect from the franchise. The food is always fast fresh and consistent. The workers are always in a great mood and hard working. I love the chicken teriyaki and the cheese steak best! But always open to the monthly special.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch while on my break. I ordered a philly cheese steak and fries. The lemonade is my favorite here. My fries were kinda soggy and I had to wait a while for my food… Surprising since they had so many employees working. But the sub was good! I like it better than Subway.

The Jimmy John’s across the street could have made 100 sandwiches in the time it took this Penn Station to make me a sandwich. I don’t care how good the sandwich is, a 25+ minute wait is just not worth it to me. And it’s not going to get me back in the doors anytime soon.

My Hubby picked up an order a few weeks ago from here and it was not up to par. Really awful as a matter of fact. We called and spoke to Matt, the manager and he had just come in. They were short staffed, but said that was still no excuse. He gave us several options and we chose to come into the Restaurant @ another time. He then told us what to write on the back of the receipt. We went in last week and not only did he explain everything to the other manager, but even remembered the entire conversation. He even prepared our meal himself and was quite generous with the servings. He even wrapped it up to go when we couldn’t finished the large portions. We offered to pay for the drinks as they were fine from the original order, but everyone said no. All the other employees, including the nice young lady who kindly took our order with no problem, were friendly, smiling and very pleasant. They were also EXTREMELY busy that day as it was during lunchtime and in Blue Ash, that is a busy time for all Restaurants. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with this outcome. We both have always enjoyed Penn Station in Blue Ash and have never had any problems with them @all. That was why we were surprised with our take out, but very pleased @ how Matt and staff resolved the entire situation. We will continue to recommend this restaurant and use it thanks to Matt and staff. Good Customer Service Skills, Matt. Keep up the great work. Judy and Carl Walz

Mehhhhhh. If you’re expecting a PHILLY Cheese Steak, don’t bother. Penn Station provides an able replacement for Quiznos or Subway, but as chain sandwich places go, this one isn’t worth going out of your way for, and they certainly aren’t providing anything close to what you may have come to expect on a visit to the City of Brotherly Love. Decent hot sandwiches here, but it’s certainly not fast. About the only thing Philly-like here is the attitude. If you’re looking for a decent hot sandwich in the area, I recommend Pike Street Press in Covington, or, if you’re in a chain kinda mood, Potbelly.

They say«It’s all about good taste», and man do they deliver. Penn Station is sooo good that I often forget that they are a local chain. Subs that are this divine should be everywhere. Right off the bat, Penn Station is not the kind of sub place that will have a diet named after it. These subs are meaty grilled indulgences, and the bread is so perfect that you could eat it as a meal all its own. They make a big deal about their fresh-squeezed lemonade, but I don’t think it’s all that amazing. But it is fun to watch them squeeze all those lemons. Did I mention the fries?! Oh man, the fries! Cut and fried before your eyes; hot and delicious. Penn Station is a delight. Go… go now! I almost forgot to mention. I picked this particular Penn Station because it has the nicest Manager(at least I assume he’s the manager). He always greets me like we’re best buds, and he is genuinely happy to see you.
