Never, ever, EVER use this company.
We have been working with them for well over a year, trying to arrange a simple repair of two standard, double-​hung windows. They do not return phone calls or follow up when they say they will. There is a frequent turnover of staff; we’ve worked with four different employees now, and at least two of the first three no longer work there.
At one point, after about eight months, they actually sent out a repair person with our replacement window parts. Turns out the parts they sent had literally nothing to do with our windows. They weren’t a near miss — they were the wrong category of item. So they took additional parts from our windows, for new «samples.» Fast-​forward another six months, and they can’t even commit to returning the original parts they’ve removed from our windows.
I seriously wonder whether this is a fake company. Everyone is very friendly and agreeable when you do manage to reach them on the phone; again and again, I am charmed into believing they actually are working to complete this simple window repair. Again and again, no one follows up with me, and no progress is made. We’ve long since entered the realm of the absurd.
I will update this review with additional information if they ever manage to return our original window parts or do anything to remedy the situation.
