Reds Team Shop

The shop and it’s employees are Awesome!
Except for a manager named ithica or something like that. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
I took the fourth of July hat to the register and noticed that someone had put a slight crease in the bill. It was the only one left in that size. I asked the sales associate if they had this size in the back or inside the park, she asked the MOD, who happened to be standing right next to me doing paperwork, if there was any stock. The manager, never looked up and replied «that’s all we have». The manager walked away and I decided to buy the hat. The sales associate asked me to point out the crease as she was processing the payment. As I was showing her, the manager came back by and said, «don’t even sell it to him». This was done in such a tone/​volume that everyone in the immediate vicinity looked with a surprised look on their face. The associates behind the counter turned red and were apologizing for her when she was out of ear shot.
Great store, Great staff, but its a shame people have to deal with such a …(use your imagination)…

I hate to give the Reds Team Shop 3 stars. The shop is large. They have a wide selection on Reds merchandise. There are items here I have not been able to find online or anywhere else. Particularly little girls or Rosie items. I have noticed that these are the hardest items to find. If you are looking for a gift for the Reds fan who has everything this would be the place to look. Employees are friendly, even to people wearing clothing for the opposing team. A few months ago, it was one of the employees in here that told us about getting a certificate inside the park in honor of our first Reds game. I really like the shop.
The Reds Team Shop would be 4 even 5 stars if their prices weren’t so high. I know licensed sporting apparel is expensive, but many items seems exorbitantly so. I saw the same visor I was wearing (same tags and all,) for $ 28.00. I purchased mine from another establishment for $ 18.00. The one I purchased was not on sale at the other place either. Every time we go to a game I see something I haven’t seen anywhere else, and want to get it. When I look at the price, it is like a bucket of ice water is dumped on my head, and I put the item back. I have learned to tell the kids ahead of time that we are only looking, not buying.
I consider this the free Reds Museum. We may look at lots of neat stuff, but it stays here.
Maybe if I ever win a lottery jackpot I’ll go on a shopping spree here.

The Reds Team Shop was a nice treat! There is a large selection of Reds merchandise for men, women, and kids. There are many brands to chose from (my favorite is 47 retro shirts).
Lots of novelties too… Coozies, magnets, coffee cups, posters, and jewelry.
If you can’t find your size they will call other stores in the park for you. The staff was helpful.
I think you can find a Reds item to fit any budget.
It’s worth a stop!

***The Reds Team Shop features one of the largest selection of any MLB team store I have been to (it reminds of the Cardinals team store at Busch Stadium); the only negative is that is seems very expensive and maybe even more expensive than most MLB team stores***
The Reds Team Shop at Great American Ball Park features an incredible selection of merchandise. Their apparel selection is massive and is cut for all types – men, women, big and tall, children, babies, etc. They also have a great selection of styles too from contemporary and sport apparel-​like to classic and retro styles. You can also find t-​shirts with players names and numbers on them (big name players like Joey Votto but many smaller name players too like Mike Leake). Their hat selection is also impressive.
The Reds Team Shop also features a great variety of novelties. This store might not have some of the very unique items that the Cardinals team store has (like a flask with a Cardinals logo), but there was a great selection of magnets (6 different types; you are lucky to get 2 at most team stores), pennants, pens, pencils, toys, stuffed animals, decorations, and so on.
Service was quick and pleasant.
The only negative was their prices. They seemed very high. Due to their great selection of apparel, they did have a lot of t-​shirts that caught my eye – much more so than other team stores. The only problem was that these t-​shirts were priced at $ 35-​$ 40. Given the quality of the material (a very standard quality t-​shirt that you could find at any department store), I think $ 30 should be the high end for this type of product. That being said, I have seen t-​shirts at other team stores go for $ 50 (though the material was noticeably better at those shops). Reds Team Shop also has high quality material t-​shirts, but I did not check the prices on those items.
Reds Team Shop is a very nice team store. Of the 18 MLB stadiums I’ve been to, it would be right up there with the St. Louis Cardinals team store as the best stores at offering variety and unique items. Prices are high, but maybe you will be able to find a deal if you spend a lot of time looking (or at least you might find something really special that you do not mind paying a little more than you should for).
For non-​game days, parking is available via pay lots and structures or metered street parking. Metered street parking is easy to find on weekends but might be difficult to find on weekdays.
