The store is hit or miss depending on the department that you are shopping in. They have an okay selection of junior’s/women’s clothing. I recently shopped for a mattress as well, and no one seemed to be familiar with the mattresses or how to ring them up. It took a few weeks for thr mattress to get to the store(they don’t keep thrm in stock). Their rewards program is confusing as well. I will probably shop here again at some point, but it is not a store that I would shop frequently.

One of the most recognizable department stores in the world, with thousands of locations spread across the globe, Sears has become a staple in almost every single mall that caters to a more middle to upper-middle class clientele. From its humble beginnings in the 1890’s as a mail order catalogue company, to its growth as the largest retailer in the country in the 1930’s, to its evolution into an international conglomerate midway through the 20th Century, Sears is one of the most enduring American companies in business. This Sears location is pretty much like all the other Sears locations you would find in any other American Mall(this one being Eastgate Mall). You’ll find apparel for men, women, and children. House wares, tools, and appliances(both big and small) are available. There’s a furniture section and you can even satisfy some of your automotive needs. There’s the obligatory Optical Store and Portrait Studio. In addition, this particular location also offers an H&R Block as well as full Dental Service. There’s nothing overly exciting about this particular location. To be quite honest it’s a bit depressing. The staff all seem sad and depressed and just about ready to give up on life. The store itself is just like every other Sears store you’ve seen. Very easy to navigate and find things. And prices are what you would expect them to be at a Sears. The wife and I usually give this Sears a visit as the school year comes creeping up for the annual Back-To-School sales. And on occasion we’ll pop in when we’re walking through the mall. A decent place to find whatever you’re looking for. Mahalo, and enjoy.
