My review is for the portrait studio. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My husband and I got newborn photos for our baby, and the staff was amazing! The photographer did a great job of soothing our baby if he started to get fussy, and the poses were beyond cute! The photos themselves turned out great too! We had 2 coupons, and they let us know which one would benefit us the most. Being first time parents, we were unsure of how this would go (whether out baby would cooperate, whether he peed through his outfits, etc…). They made it so easy for us! We will be going back for more pictures in a few months!

I went there on Black Friday. They had some pretty good deals as long as you bought before 1PM. Nice thing is that I didn’t have to get there at 2AM to get the deals. They had run out of some products but the staff was helpful and ordered online for me.

So JC Penny is running a special this August. Free haircuts for schools kids for the entire month. Sounds like a deal! So I call August 1^st to get an appointment for my three hooligans. They’re booked until August 14! Holy smokes.
So we made our appointment. Came in about ten minutes early and they were ready for us. I just walked in, the lady at the counter asked me my name, she typed it in the computer, printed out the reservations tickets for my three kids and each wen right into a chair and got started. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:00 and by 3:20 we were out of there.
Staff was nice and didn’t rush us through. The hairdresser working with my five-​year-​old was especially wonderful as that five-​year-​old a non-​stop chatter box who is very difficult to understand… unless you happen to be one of her parents of course.
Anyway, loved it! But make sure you don’t just walk in because chances are they won’t have room for you (as one woman who drove over an hour for a haircut for her daughter learned). And while the haircuts are free, don’t forget to tip the hairdressers.

Not a fan of the consolidated registers… always takes a while to check out. Wish they’re shoe department was bigger, too. But I always manage to find things in there that I can’t live without. At that moment anyway.

Typical department store chain… prices are comparable to stores like Sears, Kohls, and Walmart, and way less than Dillard’s. You can save money when they have a Saturday sale going on… got 3 screen tees for $ 28 with a coupon. I love to save money wherever I can and this was a bargain. Will definitely shop there again!

I’m a fan of the JC Penny’s…and ya know why? They have a delightful fat guy section of clothing. And, they’re usually decently priced. Normally, for fat guys, you’ve gotta spend like $ 70 on a button up shirt… here, I can get that same shirt for $ 20…and I like it.
