First of all, the whole chili cheese thing is a Cincinnati institution, like Philly cheesesteaks for Philadelphia. I had the Cincinnati native who came with us explain it to me before I ordered. The basics are spaghetti, beans, chili, which is watery on purpose, onions and cheese. There are many combinations of the above possible, also coneys with mustard, chili, cheese and onions. You can get a bib and will probably need it because of the chili. I had 2 coneys, iced tea, and some of the 3 way chili, which is spaghetti, chili and cheese. It was delicious! Definitely comfort food or good food for a cold winter day. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will come back for sure!

I’ve been to a number of Skylines, but this may be the red-headed step child of the Skyline Family. Skyline is great — look at my other review of the skyline in Clifton, just don’t go to this one. The cheese is not shredded, it’s pulverized — it’s all cut into tiny little bits — it makes the food really messy. The foods already messy, but it’s just the right amount of messy — let’s not add to that. The chill is really watery. Overall, ok, but I’d go to a different Skyline if you have the choice.
