The food here is amazing!!! That being said the service we received on a sunday evening with maybe a handful of people in the restaurant was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was extremely short and very rude. I didn’t even notice when she came to ask if our food was ok because she was already walking away before she finished asking. I love krimmers and again the food is fantastic! But I think I will be getting carry out from now on. Side note I have received good service from here before… What happened?

We ordered buffalo wings, 2 house salads w bacon, ravioli, & spaghetti for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was fast, accurate, & food was hot! My 17 month old loves spaghetti. I tried it & the sauce is good, far better than the«hometown» competitor & the meatballs were flavorful & not over cooked. The wings were huge compared to the minis all of the other pizza joints sell & very tangy(spicy). My daughter & I enjoyed the house salads, pretty standard but plentiful– iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes, bacon & provolone cheese. My daughter loved the ravioli & said it beats the«hometown» competitor by far just wishes there was a little more. Both the spaghetti & ravioli came w garlic bread that had a nice flavor & was baked perfectly. I think this is my new favorite joint. I knew it was a possibility since I always loved going to the one in Silverton, haven’t been in awhile since switching jobs.

Friendly staff, good portions, reasonable prices. We got a medium pepperoni pie and cheesy garlic bread sticks.

The pizza is good but the children standing around doing nothing while tables are dirty is a bit hard to take. It’s like the weight staff is in-supervised. Out waitress was attentive just did not know who these other young folk were wearing the business t-shirts.

This pizza is great! I recommend the pepperoni and bacon, the bacon is nice and crispy. The portions are large so you have leftovers and the pizza is still good reheated!

Not my favorite pizza joint. Pricey for what it is, and not the best food. The lasagna was great, but a small portion for the price. The pizza was mediocre. This place is HUGE but is not often busy. I like to support local businesses but we haven’t been back since our first trip last Spring.

My friend and me just had lunch here today. We got median size pizza and made it half deluxe seven and half taco, we also ordered buffalo wings as our appetizer. Pizza is not bad but the wings are really delicious

Went there for my birthday celebration on Wed, Aug 26, 2015. The food was excellent as usual, but our server was a joke. Young black girl, frizzy hair, bland attitude and service. She brought one item at a time, from the kitchen, she threw one order on the table in front of the person, and went back to the kitchen for more. Not once, did she stop to answer or ask questions if we needed anything. We had to ask her continually for condiments, or refills. She presented the bill with no expression on her face. Without asking us if we would like dessert or anything. Most places on your birthday, they sing, bring you a cookie or something. like I told her at the beginning it was my birthday and a birthday celebration. No attempt whatsoever to bring any kind of ambience or fun to the evening for us. Bland, bland, bland. She didn’t ask I was sort of upset because at $ 80.00 check, her tip should be $ 16.00 at 20%. I didn’t want to give her $ 5. My mother was in agreement, SHESUCKED. But my brothers started throwing money at her. Love the food, but will probably never return for the substandard service we received. I will be calling to report it to the manager tomorrow.

Been to the in Deer Park many times when we were on the east side of town and loved their pizza. When I heard they opened one in North College Hill I was happy. Tried it out today and the restaurant is much bigger and the food taste as good as the other location. I will be back since its closer and I will have a chance to try other menu items and report back. I also hear they will be putting tables outside when they finish paving the parking lot.

YUM! Hands down best pizza in Cincinnati. I was so disappointed when I first moved to Cinci because all of the pizza was completely humdrum, and I missed really good pizza. But then someone suggested Krimmer’s to me, so I tried it out and WOW. I’m so happy I finally have a delicious pizza place by me again! We LOVE this pizza. Although we get it often, we’ve only ever gotten it delivered as of yet, so I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere of the restaurant, only the pizza. But man is it good :)

Really good locally owned pizza just down the street from where I work. The servers were friendly and on the ball. The side salads have a HUGE amount of bacon in them. Pizza was well made, generous with the toppings, and delicious. A great choice for lunch or dinner

I did not realize I went to the Italianette the week it opened at the location in North College Hill. It was fun to go to a brand new restaurant with new furniture and décor It was nice. A lot of the servers were new to serving, not as efficient as they need to be but I guess they have to get experience somehow, very hospitable though. The pizza was really good. Family had the large meats type pan pizza. The fries were not good, weird little half moon shaped things that were not fries, not tater tots-need to go for another type of fried potato. They were not hot either but it took a while to get food anyway. I assume it will get better with more experienced staff. Pizza was worth it.

The food was good, i ordered the veggie pizza and a salad. The place was not busy and it took a very long time for my order to come out this is the only reason i gave 3 stars i will definitely give this place another try. The layout of the store is nice also and they have flat screens on the wall.

The nicest restaurant in North College Hill! The parking lot needs to be paved, but the restaurant is great for the whole family. Enjoyed the pictures and murals of the old days of North College Hill. The family size pizza is HUGE, so you’ll definitely have left overs if you’re a family of 4. I also ordered the steak hoagie which was good but was very light on the sauce, the pizza was too for that matter. So, always ask for extra sauce, whatever you order. The price was under $ 50, which can be hard to find sometimes with a family of 4. Service was ok, but I felt like they forgot about us sometimes since we were in the back corner, but the bussers also helped with refilling drinks and getting anything that we may have needed. I hope they washed their hands after every table they bus!!!

North College Hill needed a restaurant like this! Walking in to the Italianette, you are struck by the roominess of the building. You are met by a large area for carry out and high top tables. Further inside is an enormous spacious dining area with plenty of booths. The pizzas are exactly what you would expect from a quality pizzeria: good sauce, cheese that isn’t greasy, fresh ingredients, and a chewy soft crust. My girls were smacking their lips and enjoying the heck out of the barbecue chicken pizza. I tried the meatball hoagie on a second visit. The hoagie bun was perfect for a saucy sandwich. For a restaurant that just opened, I thought the service was pretty good too. I think it will improve even more once the wait staff gets experience.
