Me and My fiancé Are in the process of buying a new mattress. I have a lot of back issues so I said hey let’s go to the Sleep Number Store. I make a ton of money and this was my day off so mind you I went in a t shirt and skinny jeans. We were greeted fairly quickly and off we went to look at beds. Well By the time we went to the first bed, My fiancé noticed that we were be followed. then When I looked up to ask if we were allowed to lay on the bed, The person who greeted us tried to hide. I looked at him, looked at my fiancé and said lets go to mattress warehouse where they had treated us with respect and dignity. I also told the guy that was following us That he had just lost out on a really good sale, and stormed out of there. I called management the next day, and all they did was apologize and didn’t ask if there was anything they could do. So From now on. I will never ever ever go into a sleep number store again.

Absolutely love this product. I love everything about it. However, when my husband and I were in the store there was only one person working and boy was he busy. After waiting over a half hour for service we decided to move on and go back another day. This was no fault of his. He was giving excellent customer service to the person that he was working with. Next time I go I will plan to be able to spend more time there or go when they first open. Still plan buying this product from this location.
