Nice hotel for the money. Friendly staff and the rooms are clean. Springhill suites offers a basic breakfast nothing special, little variety. The other Springhill suites properties that I stay generally have hot oatmeal already prepared, but not at this location.

Dont stay in rooms 328 or 329 — — Major Traffic Noise I would suggest SpringHill either do not offer these two rooms or improve the rooms by installing sound-proof windows. I could not go to sleep due to heavy traffic noise in these two room. As business travelers, all we are asking for is a good night sleep. I did not get any by staying here.

Relative to what it is, this property is a-ok. I don’t think anyone should arrive at a SpringHill Suites expecting The Four Seasons. Expectations have to be tempered with the reality of the situation. And so it went that I, unexpectedly, found myself in a random part of the Cincinnati metro area during an icy day for the worst of reasons. Operating in more of a fog than with much clarity, I made my way to the hotel property(located in the back of an industrial park; not the easiest to find/navigate), checked in and tried to pass out. My king suite had a pleasingly comfortable bed, pullout couch, television, microwave, coffeemaker, tea bags, lounge furniture, and an over-sized bathroom with plenty of nicely-pressured hot water. The appearance of the hotel and furniture was decently modern and not at all dated. I found the hotel staff to be pleasant and helpful. I don’t know who is the typical client for this property but I hope to give him/her enough information to know that s/he can trust that hir stay will be pleasant. Again, come in expecting things to be as they seem and all will be well. For the casual traveler who finds his/herself in a lonely corner of Cincinnati and in need of a clean place to rest hir head, you could do far worse.

Nice facility and always good prices. The breakfast could use some work though. Very bland and not always appealing. Still good hotel that I stay at often.

We stayed here for one night before flying out of Cincinnati. I booked it online, easy enough to find on google, but not so easy in real life. When we got off I-71 at 230pm, we were immersed in a massive gridlock traffic jam. It took us 30 minutes to go less than one mile to the hotel. I asked the check in clerk if this traffic was unusual, and he said no, this happens every day. The hotel was well hidden in an industrial mall, with a small sign set back off the road. Luckily my wife spotted it as we passed, or we might still be stuck in that traffic. I have stayed in Springhill Suites before, and this one was not up to par. The bathrooms were not supplied with the usual shampoo and lotion, the bedside lamp didn’t work, and the lobby computer was constantly occupied. I had to go to the hotel next door to print my boarding passes. The rooms were on the small side compared to the Springhill Suites in Wheeling WV. Still, it was an attractive hotel, and the place is brand new, so there was no visible wear and tear to the place. The complimentary breakfast was crowded and the food kept running out. I felt sorry for the overwhelmed woman who was trying to restock the supplies, but then she disappeared, and it seemed like the late risers would go hungry. The food wasn’t very good anyway. Easy for me to say, since I got some. Next time I will stay somewhere else.
