Cincinnati Marriott Northeast

This Marriott property is a-​okay, hence the three stars. We stopped by for an overnight to break up a road trip. As other reviewers have mentioned, the property needs a facelift… but you can tell that in the 90s, this place was top of the line! The staff is courteous, the breakfast buffet is the usual you’d expect.
The bed linens and pillows were clean and comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep. So while the property is showing its age, it’s a safe bet for a night’s rest. The full service Marriott where I live was very similar and just got a remodel, so I bet in the next few years this one will too.

We had our wedding here in May. Our event coordinator was Emily Hobler, and she is the best! We actually switched our venue to the Marriott, because I met with her to block rooms for guests, and I felt an instant connection with her. Not only did I trust her to make decisions on her own and ask for her opinions, but I feel like I made a friend through the process. She was so amazing. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and went so smooth thanks to her. We had the bridal suite and a couple of meeting rooms for my bridal party to get ready in. We couldn’t have been happier. She ran all over and did anything we asked without hesitation, and then some. She even bought us a beautiful wedding gift. It was extremely thoughtful. She remembered something I had mentioned in conversation that my husband and I loved. She remembered it! One of my most cherished wedding gifts. The Marriott was very accommodating as more then half my guests were from out of town. We had blocked out rooms, and breakfast the next morning. The whole experience was incredible. Thank you Marriott, and a special thanks to Emily!!!

Beds were very comfortable. Room service menu was limited but service was great. Ordered tomatoe soup, which I enjoyed, and crème brûlée.(sp?) Cheesecake which was meh… morning oatmeal, okay. regardless I was just stopping for the night. The room was spacious, beds airy and supportive, service at front desk and writing room service was polite. Front desk even went above and beyond when I had a personal snafoo.

For a Marriott, I expect a better room than a HIE or BW, but it was about the same. Hotel lobby was nice, but this hotel is in great need of a face lift. Rooms are dated, bed was too soft, and the room had a musty smell that we eventually got used to. Overall, not what I expected.

I became sick after eating this hotel’s breakfast. Asked for late checkout, and they extended checkout by 30 minutes. Wow, thanks so much. I am overwhelmed by your generosity and understanding.
They advertise having free wi-​fi, however, the signal is so weak, none of us were able to use it.
Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. They charge as if you’re staying in a modern hotel, but all fixtures and décor are terribly dated.
The blankets were comfortable, but that’s about it.

Wonderful experience here when we stayed this weekend for a soccer tournament. The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms were clean and very comfortable beds.

I’ve been here a number of times, typically for training that is being held at the hotel. The rooms are nice and the hotel itself is pretty spacious. The exercise facility is nice with treadmills, ellipticals, and a nice dumbbell set. The pool is indoors and looks nice too.

Usual Great Marriott Service. Hotel is clean, help is very good. great Amenities except a hot tub. Near expressway, food, golf, and King’s Island. Would stay here again.

Stayed here over the weekend for a work conference and it was a great time. This is one of the best hotel staffs I’ve ran across.

We eat in the restaurant on the weekend.
The kids love eating there because of the giant water fountain in the building.
The breakfast burrito is huge.
Usually the brunch buffett is the way to go.
We also have lots of clients stay here on business trips.
My mom stays here too — I recommend it.
