I had 2 vintage Schwinn bikes and Spun cleaned them up, tuned them up, and replaced the tires in a short period of time, and the customer service was excellent! I definitely recommend them as a bike repair shop. I have 2 other bikes I am going to need fixed, and I will definitely bring them here!

This bike shop made me feel really good about being new at cycling. I took apart my bike to paint it and then had no clue how to put it back together. These guys not only put it back together for a sick good price, I also gave them the opportunity to upsell me a couple times and they instead gave me better more affordable options for additions to my bike. This is the least pretentious most comfortable shop I’ve been into. I’ve been to a few that didn’t make me feel very welcome. Spun is the anti that.

My partner and I were among the first customers of Spun Bicycles. As Northside residents, we couldn’t be happier to have a non-corporate bike shop in our neighborhood. Dominic and Judi, along with all the folks who fix folks’ bikes, are dedicated and committed cyclist-enthusiasts(they ride everywhere and were married on a bike!), and they really know their stuff when it comes to all things bike. I was involved in a motorist-bike accident(I was on the bike) in April, and Judi worked tirelessly to ensure claims adjusters had estimates; her effort is very much appreciated. I wear my Spun t-shirt with pride. This is HANDSDOWN the best bike shop in Cincinnati. Go there for all your bike needs!

This is just a great bike shop. Knowledgeable and friendly mechanics. Great selection of bikes and gear. Owner operated by folks who are passionate about cycling of all types — bmx, road, commuting, etc. Get there!

You’ve got to love a bike store where the owners/employees are as passionate about cycling as your are… or more. I just recently made my most important bike purchase of this year from Spun: a Burley Bee trailer to haul my grandson around in. They did not have it in stock(I didn’t expect them to), but it only took a couple of days for them to order the trailer and have it arrive in their store. I was surprised to see that Spun had already set up the trailer so it was ready to use when I picked it up. You do not get that kind of service from the large retailers. Thanks, SPUN, for reminding me how awesome it is to support local bike shops.
