I tried to be nice on my first review for this place and didn’t let long waits bother me but this location has absolutely zero management, zero urgency for catering to people’s orders and simply lacks the services and quality you’d find at most Starbucks. Longer than usual waits at this location, employees are usually hanging out and chatting with friends or guest they happen to know. The odds of your coffee being made correctly here are less than zero and I’d recommend avoiding this location unless you have 30 minutes to an hour for your coffee. No drive through here either, which is good because I’d imagine most cars would overheat waiting in line on a coffee at some of the wait times I’ve seen here. This location needs a management and employee overhaul. Someone needs to fix this pathetic dump!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever stepped foot into. Oh my god. It took 15 mins just to get an iced coffee. Im here visiting family from NYC, & that’s the only reason I came to this Starbucks, because it was conveniently located 5 minutes from my grandparents house. Every drink I’ve ordered, i had to ask for them to fix it. My $ 3 iced coffee cup should not be filled with massive MASSIVE ice. Pretty much just paid for ice. Cool. Learn how to properly fill the cup, rip offs. & maybe learn how to speed up the service that way you don’t have terrible reviews on Unilocal

It’s hit or miss here. Sometimes the service is fast and friendly, other times is slow and cold. Today the service was extraordinarily slow but the coffee was what I would expect from Starbucks, granted it was only a double espresso shot. I’d give it a 2.5 if I could.

Friendly barista. She honored my birthday reward after it had expired 12 days ago.
The inside seating area is HUGE. Plenty of seats and tables to study.
The wait to order is kind of long and the wait for your drink is even longer. So if you’re in a rush, I’d suggest using the starbucks app and order your drink in advance.
They have a large selection on mugs and tumblers. I’d say this Starbucks is a gem in Eastgate.

The service at this particular Starbucks is the worst that I have ever experienced. We waited 25 minutes for a unsweetened iced green tea and a Carmel macchiato. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only time that my family and I have waited an extreme amount of time at this location. I will not be coming back.

If it weren’t for the fact that the interior was so spacious I would never go here. The baristas are incredibly slow and most are rude. Management is a joke at this place. I’m not quite sure why one barista decides to leave the counter because they aren’t on the espresso bar. If there’s a line, take care of the customers. This place is notorious for poor customer service and it’s like the district manager could care less.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to quite a few including other cities & countries). When it’s the only one around and I’ve had to go, there have been multiple times when I’ve walked in and walked back out because there are so many people in line and so many people waiting for drinks– during non peak times. It just happened again last week. The staff I’ve encountered there have usually been rude or just generally oblivious. There are usually 2 people working and one or two employees off to the side on their phones or talking. If you’re on your break, take it in the back or something. It’s insanely slow. Like 15 min or more for a drink slow. It’s ridiculous. The inside is huge and I’ve hung out there a few times, but don’t go if you’re in a hurry/​need to be somewhere in the next 30 min or if you prefer baristas be friendly and knowledgable.
Sorry Starbucks, but this one is a big fail and it’s been that way for years.

Slow, slow, sloooooowwwwwww. These are the only words that I can use to describe this location. The only reason I come here is because of the proximity to my job. They also had the rudest girl running the cash register today. When someone says thank you, the proper way to respond is YOU’RE WELCOME.

This Starbucks was a gem. Don’t let the outside fool you, it’s actually quite large inside. They have an extensive menu and even have some of the limited release items not available at all locations. I was happy with the service and my drink was made well and quickly. Well done.

This Starbucks location is one of the better ones. Of course I prefer local coffee shops, but for a franchise, Starbucks does pretty darn well! They have entertainment sometimes here which is nice, and a great space inside for customers.

While the employees are friendly this location can sometimes be quite slow. I just waited 20 minutes for my cup and at other times I’ve seen the line longer but I turned around

Employee’s are incompetent. Batista’s just goof off even in front if customers — very unprofessional. As a former 6 years employee I am disgusted with how this company hires airheads now. When did the customers become a nuisance? I will always go to Beechmont from now on.

Slowest Starbucks Ever. Cashier didn’t even help the Barista when there were no new customers in line.

Very busy, but they bring their «A» game everyday! The women that work there are friendly, fast, and put customer needs first!

Conveniently located this Star Bucks have consistantly good service and the drinks are well prepared to give you a necessary pick me up. Life just seems brighter after a good Star Bucks product :)

Hands down the best Starbucks around. Great crew that are very friendly and fast! Usually would complain about there not being a drive through but the great staff makes up for it and I enjoy walking in. This location has spoiled me I now hate all other Starbucks locations because none can compare to eastgate Starbucks! I am there every day and I absolutely love it

Just left this location where 1 of 4 staff members were actually working. The 3 staff members were talking to a friend on the other side of the counter while a line was forming, supplies were low and tables were messy.
The double expresso was great though it took 13 minutes to get it.

Where the reject baristas must be sent. I love Starbucks in general, I’m a gold card member. But this location is horrible! One person in line in front of me and I waited 15 mins for iced coffee… Iced coffee, that requires putting ice in a cup and pouring coffee from a container. In the time it spent them making mine and the man in front of me’s drinks 10 people lined up. Horribly slow service

Slowest Starbucks ever. Every time I go there’s an extremely long slow line.

My favorite Starbuck’s hands down! These ladies are always smiling and the amazing never make a bad cup of joe! Kudos to the owners on your superb hiring skills!
