A very standard restaurant in Batavia/Eastgate. While the servers are attendant, something undoubtedly always goes wrong. Our table ended up missing half of one meal(the entire meal was later removed from the bill) and a brown baked potato(potentially cooked too long, but no apology offered). The table next to us, however, spent a good 20 minutes with the manager trying to receive their meal free of charge for various problems. Otherwise, the food was hot and prepared as asked. They seem to be able to handle large parties and groups — though I recommend making reservations due to their smaller size.

If you want a consistently good steak Longhorns is the place. The Flo’s filet makes all others pale by comparison. The drinks are good and reasonably priced and the wait staff does what it takes to make sure you are happy. You may have to wait to get it but that’s just because they are so popular.

Not big on chains, but Longhorn is typically a good one. But that is not the case here. Food is consistent and never had a bad meal at longhorn. Flavors are there’s do the product quality is typically high. Which is why I added a star. But this place has some of the worst service I’ve seen in any Restaruant. I sat at the bar, typically a good thing because service is more consistent. However this bartender was rude, loud and not attentive to any of the guests. The other servers yelled out at each other and were more concerned with whatever they were doing than the guests. Had to ask for the menu 4 times and a drink twice. 30 minutes to order food… Luckily it came out fast. But no bread, no offer… No specials menu, even though I asked… Frankly I just gave up. Asked for the bill twice… It came about 5 min later. Then a fun 10 minutes while my credit card sat on the bar. Plenty of options around here… Don’t bother with this place.

I love steak and I got to longhorn for my anniversary birthday everything because I love it the setting it great the service is impeccable and the food cooked to perfection I have very specific orders always everywhere and they got every detail spot on

Like this place. Would definitely love to return to try different items. Service was excellent. Place was packed for a working day evening. Food was great as well. We ordered the longhorn appetizer sampler and lamb chops and a burger. Burger was alright but the rest of the food was excellent.

The service was average, but the food options were better than expected. I had a hard time deciding what to order because everything sounded so good! Pretzels with beer cheese, sirloin salad, stuffed mushrooms, and shrimp were my top choices. I decided on the salad, and my husband got the shrimp. They were both delicious! I will definitely be coming back!

I felt that the service was lacking, a lot! Took forever for the waitress to even show her face. My margarita leaked all over the table, and when it was empty she failed to notice. The crispy artichoke hearts were pretty good, but they came out After our salads. Hubby’s lamb chops were surprisingly good and the parmigian chicken, while a bit too garlicky for me, was tasty. We had a gift card. …glad we used it up because I don’t care to go back.

One of our favorite places. Ordered the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer and the two of us almost finished it off. By the time we got our Sirloins we could only take a few bites before being full! Beware of the generous portions. Lol Service was good and we were seated within an acceptable amount of time considering it was a Saturday evening.

I went to Longhorn for lunch, since I was given a Dardon giftcard for an xmas gift. My husband and I shared the Tonion Appetizer, which was a bit on the salty side, for my taste, but your typical fried onion petals served with horseradish sauce. Surprisingly, I was very impressed by the flavor of my BBQ brisket sandwhich. I also enjoyed the fact that I was able to get a side salad with no extra charge, instead of french fries. I would suggest that lunch patrons pay a few extra dollars to get the full priced sandwhich and side, as the half sandwich and side/soup combos are not really worth the price. Our server, Bianca, was both friendly and attentive. Even though some chain restaurants leave little to be desired, I would definitely go back to this location for a quick, flavorful lunch.

I was a regular customer at this particular Longhorn Steakhouse for years. Great service, though there were the few times when my sides were mixed up, but during the busy dinner hours, I tried to let it slide without much fuss. Of course there are those servers(and believe me, I’ve experienced this too) who just completely mess an order up, but you can find that anywhere. The quality of the food at this Longhorn Steakhouse is great. Always tastes great and there’s plenty of options. Flo’s filet is my favorite, but I’m pretty partial to the awesome chicken fingers and the Seven-Pepper Sirloin Salad(yum!). Having worked at a restaurant before, I know how stressful it is, and I know the conditions that the employees are working with. Customers who have had bad experiences are usually the ones who don’t understand the way the restaurant works. For Longhorn in particular, there is call-ahead seating when the restaurant goes on a wait, but no specific seating time is guaranteed. It depends on the customers who are already in the restaurant, eating. Bugging the host is not only counterproductive, it’s rude and stressful for those working. I visited the Eastgate Longhorn last week, and it’s going under some renovations right now, so it doesn’t look all that great walking in, but the food is still wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place!

I could tell this place was new from the moment I walked in. Oh, my. We had call-ahead seating, were told about 65 minute wait. So we decided to go for it. An hour and 35 minutes later, we were being seated… after bugging the host 3 times. I was bonking, if you know what I mean… was so hungry I felt like I was in a dream. Our server was the redeeming factor — very quick, professional, filled our glasses, got our food out quickly. The steak was OK. My wife’s filet was pretty mangled. My new york strip was fine. The sides were very average. We will not return to this location, and probably not any Longhorn in the city, honestly. Found out Florence location is still smoking — no thank you.(Good thing we had a gift card! We appreciate our generous friends for giving it to us!)
