Not overly busy as they were able to seat us right away but took over an hour to get our food!

Stopped for an impromptu dinner on our way to Cincinnati. I’ve eaten at other Logan’s and always had a good experience so figured it would be a safe bet. The food was good. Our steaks were cooked as ordered. My only complaint is that service was pretty slow. Business was also slow so I wonder if this is a typical problem in this location.

I gave it three tries over the past year. Service and food are just not good for the value. Choose another restaurant.

Well what can I say. The staff was very friendly but our waiter was overwhelmed. First, we were served a half eaten bucket of peanuts from the neighboring table. Then, we received no bake dough balls that seemed prematurely raised. The food took quite a bit to get to us, so when it was finally time to eat we were already bloated from the free appetizers. The country fried steak was 1⁄3 steak and 2⁄3 fried chicken breading. IHOP serves a better Country fried steak. The rice pilaf had carrots in it. The hearty healthy 6oz sirloin was like gnawing on a dead cow. The worst part of my experience was the waiter forgot my healthy side salad so I ate to many rolls waiting for it, defeating my whole purpose of ordering a healthy meal. Again, very sweet staff, but I wasn’t very thrilled with everything else.

Service is usually quite good. The food has always been good and fast. To me, it’s a very good value. I have tried several different menu items and have never been disappointed. The Roadhouse feel is nice for a weekend stop in. So after a week of work it’ a good place to unwind, have some good food and relax.

I normally go to Texas roadhouse, but i thought id give this place a try. I went with a friend, ordered appetizers, and a New York strip, my appetizers were ok, the steak wad bland, over cooked and kind of small I felt. My friend got the same thing, his steak was bigger and cooked right, but still bland. Service was fantastic, sides were ok. I won’t go back.

I am giving the one star because the food is good but the service is so terrible it kills all the other stars. We sat down ordered drinks an appetizer and our dinners. The salad came out then our steaks then our drinks then the appetizer in that order. And not once did a manager come around even after the server told him what happened. It truly shows they do not care

My Husband & I have frequented Logan’s Roadhouse in Eastgate several times, great food, great value. My personal favorite is the Onion Brewski Sirloin. Service is friendly and not much of a wait for your order.

Food all very good bring a jacket tends to be cold. This place rarely has a wait on a Friday night and so much better than Applebee’s and o’Charlies

We’re huge fans of Texas Roadhouse but we were meeting friends for dinner so this is where we ended up. It’s a chain steak house; not much to say. Peanuts on the tables, rolls and butter, the usual. Honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of the food. My husband did not like the ribs at all; said they were too dry. I will say the redeaming food item they had was the mushrooms– EXCELLENT! It was ok. I’m not sure I’ll drive past TRH to hit this place up again.

I have been traveling for work for about 7 years. I usually like a good steak dinner and have been let down by the food or service, and in some cases, both. Tonight, I went to the Logan’s Roadhouse in east gate. It’s tricky to get to, sitting behind the mall, but it had a great experience. This restaurant is only a year old and looks like it just opened! I was greater and seated immediately by the hostess. The server came right away, awesome drink recommendation.“the Devil went down to Georgia.” And can’t go wrong with sweet tea and rolls. The salad was fresh, crisp, homemade croutons, and great ranch dressing! My ribeye was so tender, it cut like butter!!! The mushrooms were well seasoned and done on the skewer, & perfect mashed potatoes and beef gravy! Overall, 10⁄10 food quality. All along, my server kept me full on tea, rolls, and cleared the table. I was alone, not high maintenance, but in the restaurant business, we people watch. She was great with her other guests as well. Overall, 10⁄10 on the service! CHECKTHISLOGANSLOCATIONOUT!

I’m not into chain restaurants, but for some reason I really enjoyed my meal here. I got the«small» filet mignon cook medium well. It came with two sides. I didn’t feel like a salad so I got double vegetables which was broccoli. Before our meals came out, they gave us fresh rolls which were delicious. Also there are peanuts everywhere. By the time my meal came out, I was almost stuff from the bread and nuts. My filet mignon was cooked to my liking and broccoli was fresh/not overcooked. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The server was new so we had to remind him for utensils or extra refill. He worked his hardest with our table and the huge party behind us. So service was fair. Pricing fair. Restaurant and bathrooms clean. Overall a great experience and I would come back.

Nothing special. Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn are both much better.
