Service was SLOW!
It’s 3pm on a Saturday and only 1 barista??? Something is wrong here.
There should always be two people working. It took around 10 – 15 minutes for one barista to take the order and make drinks for 3 customers. Service finally picked up when another barista walked back in from his break. I give the barista doing it all some credit but I feel bad for her as well. She shouldn’t have been left alone given how busy it was. There were at least 5 customers behind me as well. Management should consider planning breaks during odd times or hire more people.

The LEAST friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I stood up there, slow pacing back and forth between the the counter and the pastry case for over 5 mins without so much as even a greeting or eye contact! Were there other customers needing to be served you ask? No. The answer to that is no. And yet the woman who walked in after my order was taken, was immediately greeted and asked if she needed help BY THE DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT! I guess there’s something wrong with me lol!* if it weren’t for the free WiFi I would never come here.

I really like this Starbucks. Almost all my experiences have been positive, especially recently! In the mornings I’ve been going through the drive thru and the service is quick and friendly!
My usual these days is a skinny vanilla latte and they make it well each time! I also appreciate that they ask if I want a stopper in my drink before I leave because I always do and sometimes forget to ask but luckily they do!
This is definitely a Starbucks I will be going to more in the future!

I wish my trip to this starbucks was as good as the other reviewers but not so much. We waited in line for a good ten minutes and hadnt moved so i went into the store and to find the line equally as long! They are out of all the breakfast and the staff were so rude and disorganzied! There was one brown haired gal that had teased hair who had the worst attitude and scowl on her facr. No one greeted customers and they kept making drinks wrong and would give them away for free at the counter which only delays the correct orders! Stear clear from this location. Too many other good starbucks in the area!

I’ve been to this location a couple times but just for the drive-thru. The other night a friend and I sat in and enjoyed a cup of Teavana tea. I stuck with my Moroccan Mint green tea with honey, while my friend had the Youthberry which always smells so good! The tea was piping hot, just what we needed for a cold evening. The service was ok. Limited seating at this smaller location. Staff were focused on cleaning house after the holiday season. I did spot a few clearance items. It’s Starbucks. I’ll be back!

This location is tied with the Tri County Mall Starbucks! They are super nice here and fast! One of the girls that works here even bought my drink when I came in with my bridesmaids the morning of my wedding!

Came here and got a couple chocolate banana lattes. If you shop and Kroger and spend enough money they will give you $ 20 Starbucks cards. Then you take these cards over to Starbucks to indulge in your 3^rd space needs.

Small but decent Starbucks. My parents live on the West Side of Cincinnati. When I’m in town and need a quiet place to work, this does the trick.
