I am a Starbucks drinker and proud of it! But, I also really like this location so I stay and hang out, do homework, etc. It is a little over a year old so everything is very clean, new, and modern(clean bathrooms — also a plus). Since it is fall and everyone is back on campus, it tends to get a bit crowded, but if you are lucky enough to get a good seat you’re set! Everyone seems to camp out at the booths(guilty!) and I can see why. A lot of people meet in groups here so I would bring headphones if you are studying. The outside seating is usually open if you just wanna chill and enjoy the fresh air. I tend to not study outside because it is right next to my favorite bar — The Saint Clair — and am easily tempted to not study. Some tips for iced coffee drinkers: If you get sweetener in it, they normally put 6 pumps of the syrup(which is too much for me). When I order I say iced coffee with 2 pumps of classic(normal) sweetener. I didn’t know this right away and wish someone told me you could specify how many pumps. Workers are super nice too. Recognize me and my order sometimes. They seem happy to be there!

This is my least favorite Starbucks. They’ve never messed up my order or anything but the employees are always so rude. I work in the food service industry and am astonished at the lack of friendly customer service. When I walk in no one greets me and the girls usually stare at me until I say something to them, as if I’m burdening them so much by interrupting their conversation and making them do their job. Also they never smile or engage with you at all, and that just frustrates me. You can get way better customer service and a friendlier atmosphere at the Starbucks 10 minutes away. I avoid this location unless I’m in a pinch.

Located across the street from the University of Cincinnati’s campus, and in the midst of student housing, this Starbucks is full of students during the school year. As a Clifton resident, however, this is a good place for me to stop on my way to work in the early AM for a cup of Joe. The baristas are speedy and capable. If you’re looking for a place for a meeting or to get some work done during the week, hard pass.

This place is usually quite crowded. I like the cushioned chairs outside. Great place to study or read a book. Tiramisu frappucino is delicious, just needs some rum and crushed lady finger cookies to compete it.

The girl who took my order overcharged me and was so rude. I’ve been to soooo many starbucks… including out of state ones since I go away for Co ops. This is by far my worst experience. I’d rather drive a little further to another starbucks than deal with these people.

I love that most customers at this store are in work mode. The baristas also have great customer service. It can get a little noisy but nothing some average headphones can’t drown out. And it can get a little crowded too, depending when you go.

I really like their new location in USquare. Bigger space! The staff can be hit or miss though. I like coming here to work. I get a drink abd maybe a snack and write for a couple of hours. They have many types of seating do if you go in at the right time you’ll likely find somewhere to sit. I like the changes Starbucks made to their food menu as well. Better choices and looks fresher. I also appreciate the calorie count on most signage. Most of the staff are friendly. There are a few though that make you feel like you’re asking for an arm and a leg just placing an order. Just try not to take it personally. They’re like that with a lot of people.

I have returned to this location recently and am happy to say that there have been some major improvements in customer service. Recently the baristas have been friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. Parking might be a little difficult if this is your sole destination in the area, but if you are already in the area for other reasons this is a very convenient and friendly stop.

One night as I was passing through this city me and my friends came across a Starbucks and decided to get the salted caramel mocha frap. Now it isn’t always that great depending on who makes it. But this man whoever he was made my night when he made that amazing frappachino. He was really nice too so that is a plus. I don’t remember his name. All I remember is that he wore glasses and has a way with coffee.

Wish I could could give 0 stars. The manager is a complete jerk. I tried to pay for 2 seperate items with two transactions in order to get 2 stars on my Starbucks app. I have never had an issue anywhere with this. He told me he couldn’t do that because it caused the line to slow down. I turned around and looked and there was no one in line behind me… at all. He then changed his story and said that he is out to change that policy because he doesn’t like it and as a stock holder he doesn’t agree with it. I said I would never come back there again and he could absolutely care less. I’ve managed a Starbucks before and this man has no concern for his patrons. He argued with me at the front counter. Who does this!!! I reminded him that losing a customer should concern him… as a stockholder. His employees are slow and could care less about their jobs as well. Horrible place.
