I’ve never had a worst experience in a store. I went there to order a phone for a family plan I was just added to. The lady working there was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favor. She could not find me in their system to sign me up for service and when I gave her the SIM card kit I received from T-​mobile, she accused me of stealing the SIM card. I think I’ll stick with AT&T. Thanks for wasting my time T-​mobile.

T-​Mobile over promised and vastly under delivered. Awful data coverage, call quality and customer service. I had the service all of 2 days before canceling it– which was a nightmare. Two trips to the store (3hours) just to cancel service.
Most people go to TM due to the fact you can save a little money. You get what you pay for, so spend the extra $ 20 a month for a quality cell phone provider.
Verizon is right down the street, and I would suggest going there.
