Pros:
Large apartments
Great maintenance staff
Really wonderful office staff – they knew my dog and I by name and were always extremely friendly and helpful
Great fitness/​pool
Optional covered parking
Close to parks
Safe/​well lit outdoor areas
Pet-​friendly
Very quiet – I never really heard my neighbors
Cons:
Old appliances (no microwave) and finishes
Poor lighting in the kitchen
As a result of the park nearby there are a lot of bugs in the area, and while the Commons does have pest control bi-​weekly there were quite a few in my apartment
The water/​sewage is on a collective system, so you have no control over that portion of your monthly expenses
Overall, it’s a good place to live for the price.
