Toast You

The greatest thing since sliced bread might just be Toast You, an art collective formed by Leah Busch and Sandra Gross specializing in blown glass décor. You won’t find bowls and paperweights here; Toast You features one item: slices of our favorite crispy breakfast baked good: toast.
Featured at the Carnegie Arts Center in Covington, Toast You creates all sorts of bread out of heated and blown glass in every color imaginable, with every topping you can dream up:
— Toast and egg
— Toast and cheese
— Toast and jam, or peanut butter, or butter, or…
Then you can get custom slices, like clear or opaque, traditional bread colors or blue, polka dot, or even ones with jelly hearts. Bread slices can be made to look burnt, have a bite taken out of them, or a smiley face made out of eggs and bacon.
