Love this local coffee shop, great coffee and chill atmosphere. Love grabbing a coffee, looking at all the local art and odds and Ins they have to offer.

Love popping in here for a coffee. The coffee is great(La Terza beans), the space is nice to work in, and the baristas are lovely. You can also buy jewelry, art, etc. from local artisans and makers here. There’s a parking lot in the back, which is convenient. It is often quite crowded, though, as the lot is shared between a few businesses. But don’t let that deter you!

Free parking, friendly staff, and plenty of seating with power outlets are few of the things that stand out at this coffee shop. I ordered my usual cappuccino. The Barista foamed the milk perfectly, pouring it over the coffee in a gentle manner. Texture was good, taste of coffee beans was ok. Overall a good place to chill or study.

I stopped by Redtree this afternoon to grab a warm drink. It is such a cool space! There were a few groups of people that were working or having meetings. It had a quiet and relaxed feeling. There’s a variety of art and local products throughout the building — I was happy to wait a minute or two for my coffee because everywhere I looked I found something awesome. I ended up picking up a cute Cincinnati-made card to send a friend. They were out of their decaf drip coffee, so the barista let me know she could get some brewing for me or that a quicker substitute would be for her to make me a decaf Americano. I went with her suggestion and had no complaints! I also couldn’t leave without a cookie once I spotted the stack of Donna’s cookies! They had a bunch more single serving muffins and cakes that seemed to be from other local bakeries. This seems like it would be a great space to meet for coffee with a group of friends, study or work. I’ll be going back soon!

This place is highly underrated – maybe that’s why it’s one of the few quiet coffee shops where patrons can actually get work finished. I used to live within walking distance of Redtree and if I ever wanted a break from working from home or just a change of scenery, I’d hang out here. Redtree also sells gifts and paintings by local artists. The space itself is cool too. It’s larger than most Starbucks, but doesn’t feel overwhelming or too empty. Highly recommended.

Came and got tea lattes with my sister. I got the chai but I highly recommend the honeysuckle latte. We loved hanging out here! Lovely staff too!

I really loved my first visit to Red Tree! For starters they have a parking lot behind the building which is great! Who doesn’t love free and easy parking?!? When you walk in the back door you get a view of the entire place because it’s up higher. They have local artwork on the walls, a decent amount of seating and the ambiance just feels welcoming. Once I got settled at a table I went and ordered a blueberry iced tea and vanilla donut. The vanilla donut was SO good! It was chewy, fresh and so delicious! Very filling. The blueberry iced tea was so good. Just enough blueberry flavor, very light and fresh. I do find it odd that when you order a large tea they don’t give you two tea bags. I was there on a Saturday from 9 – 12:30& it was steady the entire time! I met Justin, one of the owners, who was working and he was so nice and friendly. Even though there was a line he was very polite and nice. The service was excellent! I really loved this place and would come again. The reason I took one star off is that the music playing inside was SO loud the entire time I was there(over 3 hours). Even when I put headphones on I still had to blast my own music. I guess I could have asked Justin to lower it, lol! As well during my visit there was only one person working. So if you’re looking for a quick in and out place, this might not be for you. Even so, a cute, friendly, local place that I will definitely return to!

The biggest aspect that Redtree Art Gallery & Coffee Shop has going for it is the collection of art, knick knacks and jewelry on display, making it the perfect place to shop a little and grab coffee on the way out. As I am still on the search for my go-to coffee shop(judged by quality, speed, and proximity to my job), I have been trying out several different coffee shops in Oakley. Redtree had a decent espresso macchiato, but it took five minutes for me and my coworker to get our drinks, despite being the only two in the line. Overall, love Redtree from a shopping aspect; average from a coffee aspect.

I visited Redtree this afternoon for a mid-work day caffeine break. I love the concept of an art gallery and coffee shop as they meld together beautifully. The inside is a little industrial but the spectacular art pieces and local works brighten up the space nicely. I ordered the Blended Honeysuckle Latte, delicious. I completely recommend it. I’m excited to stop back and try a few different coffees and possibly order a few things off their small lunch menu. Service was a tad slow, but I think they were in the process of training a new barista. This gave me extra time to spend perusing the locally made trinkets around the gallery, can’t complain about that.

The Red Tree is just great. A perfect place to study or work on your laptop or read and a fantastic place to meet with a group if you reserve the side room. Service is always charming and friendly — no attitude ever. The music is never too loud or intrusive to focus on what’s in front of you, always just right. Coffee and food consistent. My favorite«office-away-from-home» freelancer spot in Cincinnati be far, and trust me, I’ve looked!

Coffee, art, and sweet treats — all supporting local goods. Excellent combo! Low key spot with free WiFi and comfy couches throughout the space make it ideal for a work spot or just a nice little break in your day. Love their espresso based drinks and they have some great rotating coffee roasts. The owners are super friendly, so feel free to chat away and ask for their recommendations!

Can’t believe I’m just discovering this gem of a coffee shop in Oakley! My young professionals group decided to host a speaker here and we reserved the great big table behind the counter for everyone. This was my first time at Red Tree and I loved it from the moment I walked in. We ordered a carafe of coffee, medium roast, which was pretty good. I noticed they also have a great selection of baked goods including Debbie’s Gourmet Cookies! I would definitely like to come back and meet up with a friend and try a cappuccino or latte.

I have stopped in to Redtree multiple times and some things I really like and other things are not as good. I really enjoy the espresso based beverages I have had here such as cappuccino and the dirty chai. The first time I had the dirty chai it was really good and the second time it was okay. The second time it was sweeter(I prefer less sweet drinks) and the spice flavor was not as good. I was informed that they normally have a house-made chai mix and that is most likely what I had the first time I ordered the drink. They had run out and were using a store bought mix. The barista asked about the beverage and said he would pass the information on about the better taste of the house-made chai mix. The taste of the drip coffee has not impressed me at all. I used to come in the mornings sometimes to fill my thermos or travel mug of standard drip coffee and was always turned off by the bad bitter taste. I always drink my coffee black if I’m not having an espresso based drink so I really do appreciated the taste of plain coffee. I tried it several times and had the same experience every time. I don’t know if it was the quality of the coffee or something with the brewing but I was not impressed. It has been a while since I tried the regular coffee so I do plan to try it again to see if anything has changed. There are some baked goods on the counter from some local bakeries. I ate a pecan shortbread cookie from Donna’s Gourmet Cookies and a lemon poppy seed muffin that was good. The shop is filled with little crafts for sale and there are a lot of nice things to pick up for yourself and as gifts for others. It’s all appears to be made by local artists. There is also art on all the walls. All the times I have been in I have been very impressed with the service. Every employee I have interacted with has been super nice. I will certainly continue to stop in for espresso based coffee drinks and overall I do really like the place. If they bring back the house-made chai mix or if I like the drip coffee better the next time I try it I will happily give another star because that is all that is holding me back.

This is one of my favorite local coffee shops. I haven’t tried much more than the house blend and sugar-free vanilla latte, but both are very good. I’ve also purchased quite a few gifts for friends here. With all of the local art work, jewelry, paper products, etc., you know you’re going to find something unique. Add to that a friendly staff and reliable WIFI connection. I only wish they were open later!

Great atmosphere and excellent coffee. I cannot give this place five stars though because of one crucial issue… Parking is terrible. Over 90% of the time I’ve tried coming here there’s been no parking. I can’t spend money here if I can’t find a location to park my vehicle without parking a mile away or risking getting my car towed by the businesses across the street that have lots of extra parking. Overall I’d easily recommend this place for studying, working, enjoying some really nice art, having good conversations with the helpful and cool baristas, and enjoying some delicious coffee.

Redtree is kind of little hidden on Madison just across from Maribelle’s, so if you didn’t know it was there, you might miss it! But if you wander in, you’ll find a cute little shop that doubles as an art gallery. They also have lots of little knick-knacky items for purchase — mostly homemade items, and lots of local Ohio love(they sell those HOME shirts where the«O» in «HOME» is actually the state of Ohio). Of course, all of the art on the walls is available for purchase, and is a great way to support local artists. There’s actually a good amount of seating, and would be a great place for reading or studying. I can’t speak for their food(they have breakfast sandwiches and pastries, including — gasp! — Donna’s Cookies), but their coffee is pretty decent, and their vanilla lattes are cheaper than Starbucks. Woot!

Woww, for a self diagnosed coffee snob, I was impressed by their latte! almost as good as Collective Expresso(though the café au lait was just so so) Love that they support and promote local art community & local coffee(La Terza). There are so many handmade and local gifts displayed throughout the store that you can browse. If you’re looking for a cool & unique gift, most likely you can find one here. This is an awesome space, nice & spacious, lots of tables, chairs & sofas. They even let you rent out their venue to host events. My very first time here was actually for an event and it was great, lots of space to mingle and sit. Free wifi, a great place to study or just catch up on that book you never finished w/a nice cup of joe on a lazy Sat afternoon, too bad they close quite early, 6pm…

Art, handmade goods and the best coffee in the area. My favorite is the flavored Highlander Grogg which they make every Mon, Wed, Fri & Saturday.

Been here once and had the Americano. Wow! Best I’ve ever had. It was really well done. Besides his barister-ing skills, the barista was great. He struck up a conversation and gave me some great advice on where to take my family camping in the Tri-State area. On a Tuesday morning there were not many people around. There were plenty of tables and chairs, and I saw quite a few power outlets available. It’s a great place to enjoy some coffee while getting some work done on your laptop.

I do love the feel of this gallery/coffee shop. It’s more a coffee shop with great local art up on the walls than a gallery where you can get coffee(if that makes sense). I think I’m very likely to become a regular with my laptop here. Their coffee is very good 4*, and their service is also 4*. You can feel totally comfortable to pull out your laptop and spend hours getting work done. And one of the best parts is that when you get ADHD and look up from your work to zone out, there’s great art to stare at! Another reason this place can’t earn a 5* in my café rankings is the lack of food. You can’t sit here long enough that you’ll get hungry, because there’s no food served here. They have a few pre-packaged brownies and a few muffins, but that’s it. The perfect coffee shop has to have awesome coffee, great service, an environment where you can sit comfy for hours and work, and eat when you get hungry/want dessert. If you get hungry, go next door for some great food and tea and dessert @ Essencha. =) You can sit over there and work with a small change in scenery and no need to drive/re-park! — — — — — — — — — — — – Explanation of my rating system — 5*: Epitome of something, the best I’ve had, would LOVE to go back 4*: Great food and happy to go back regularly, but not the best of the category 3*: Food is fine. I may spontaneously decide to go there based on convenience. But no need to go back either. 2*: If you insist, I guess I’ll come along. I’ll find something to eat. But I wouldn’t have picked it. 1*: No plans to come back. I’ll try to talk companions out of going.
