I am a frequent Toys R Us shopper and this location is by far the worst for new toys. They do not stock the latest line of toys. They are usually the last to get any new waves of action figures. Good luck finding them when they do get in because allegedly their employees will get first dibs on anything that comes in. They need to update their store. Also the front store manager lady is a hoss when it comes to price matching. She bulked and beefed up her chest at me.

As another reviewer noted, yes, prices here are invariably higher than at mega-​retailers such as Walmart and Target. What those other stores can’t offer, however, is the toy store experience. There’s nothing like a toy store for a kid (except maybe a candy store!), and Toys R Us is the ultimate toy store! This one is the tiniest bit grungy, because it hasn’t had a facelift since the 90’s. But if you ask me, that adds to its charm.

It’s a Toys R Us. Prices are higher than Meijer, Walmart, or Target. On the flip side they have a much wider selection. Hello, it’s almost a whole store dedicated to toys. This is a good place to go if looking for more variety than what the other stores sell.
Today they were having a clearance sale on clothing and accessories. There wasn’t much left, but I did get a few things. I was able to get two children’s shirts and a pair of children’s shoes for $ 4 each! That made the whole trip.
Employees were friendly. Three out of the four I encountered said «hi, how are you.»

Wouldn’t accept my Groupon and the man at the customer service desk didn’t bother to try to resolve the problem. I purchased a better item for less money at KMart the next day. I emailed ToysRUs customer service but never received a response.
