I called and ordered a washer to be delivered, sight unseen, as I work from home and can’t get out much… Tommy was friendly and helpful, set everything up over the phone and communicated honestly. His delivery and installation crew went above and beyond for me and my new washer is honest-​to-​god gorgeous. If I ever need an appliance in the future, I will buy it from Tri-State…I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks so much for a job well done!

Great deals for reconditioned appliances, I have just bought a washer and dryer. I did some checking around and found that I couldn’t beat the prices at Tri-​State Appliance. Tommy was very helpful setting me up with a matching Washer & Dryer set that fit my budget. I also had it delivered. They where able to deliver them and hook both the washer and dryer the same day. Thanks everyone at Tri-​State State Appliance. I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

This company will come back and steal from you.
We hired them to service our coin laundry machines.
They came back for months and stole all the coins until we caught them red handed!
They are on probation now from the theft.
Don’t trust these criminals!

i recommend this store to anyone who wants to have nice, name brand appliances on a budget. the store is pretty beat up, but trust me, your new appliance will be spotlessly cleaned before it is delivered. the owner is very professional and knowledgeable. i bought a fridge from them and thought their customer service was great.
