Hands down the best pizza in the city. Just picked up garlic fingers and cheese pizza. A Papa John’s delivery driver ordered pizza from here in front of us while we were waiting. ‘Nuff said. :)

Until I moved to Cincy I had never seen drive thru beer places, never mind PIZZA too. I was excited to see they had an Eggplant meatball pizza because eggplant cutlet is something never found in this area. It was a FANTASTIC combo of my two favorites! Perfectly done eggplant cutlet and yummy sliced meatballs. Pretty big so I had leftovers and A+ for how well it reheats! They actually have a lot on their menu including hoagies and salads, even desserts! Can’t wait to try more!

Two important things to know about Trotta’s which is known for it’s pizza: great craft beer selection and delicious salads. A real and tasty chicken breast on their grilled chicken salad. Really good, crispy bacon when you add it to salads, as well. Highly recommend the tomato bacon dressing.

Best pizza in town! You can go through the drive thru and order pizza by the slice too! Great selection of beer and snacks. Great service. They sometimes hand out free slices of specialty pizzas.

Growing up, we always used to get the Lotta Trotta at school functions and I wasn’t really a fan. The square slices, thick crust and lack of sauce did not tickle my fancy. BUT then one day(after moving away from the west side), I tried a normal sized goetta pizza pie and my faith has been restored in this local pizzeria! Perfect amount of goetta(lots) and the crust is not as thick as the Lotta Trotta. Its the best goetta pizza around! By the way, you can drive thru to get your pizza and beer! Such convenience!

Amazing pizza and amazing quick service with pizza by the slice on the fly through their convenient drive thru! You can’t get any better than this on the west side of Cincinnati! I have been going here for over 15 years and have never not once been disappointed! :)

Trotta’s is easily summed up in one thought for me: tasty pizza but needs operational execution improvement. We rolled in this afternoon with a heavy appetite not knowing what to expect. We pulled into the drive through and were the second car in line. There are no menus posted in the line, yet, when you pull up to the cashier you are expected to order on the spot or are handed a menu and told to pull out of line and lose your order. In our case this would have been five cars. Instead of pulling out of line, we hurriedly placed our order and pulled around to the side if the building where an extremely informal handout process is conducted. On two occasions we witnessed food being handed to the wrong customer(including us) only to then be handed to the right customer. Since we weren’t officially told to wait on the side of the building, we pulled back through the drive through area to check on our order status only to be told that it’d still be another minute or two and that we should wait on the side of the building(like others were doing). The food finally came and it was pretty good. I would definitely try he pizza again but i really didn’t care for the cheese fingers and wouldn’t recommend anyone order them. I think it’s a shame that small operational glitches(that are easy corrections) can have a negative impact on a patron’s experience but that is certainly he case with Trotta’s for me.

Thick, garlicy crust with lots of spicy sauce and lots of cheese… this is my favorite pizza in the area. They don’t skimp on the toppings either. The pizza is so damn good, I’ve never tried anything else on the menu! Their only location is the drive-thru on the Westside of Cincinnati, so there’s no dining in, but it’s worth the drive. I’m glad these guys have stuck around. Delicious!

This is how pizza is supposed to be. Don’t let the other«pizza» companies tell ya otherwise. Real bacon, homemade dough, garlic fingers from a fantasy novel, and their sauce tastes straight from Italia. Plus one of the best beer selections on the west side. Viva la Trotta’s!

Good food. Yea that’s it. Never know what there hours will be. Better than most deliveries but by the time we decide where to order from they disappoint. They will ask if you will pick up. Ummm if we were to pick up food there are better choices. Just wish they would have set hours. Happys pizza is just as good check them out.

I don’t visit here as often as I’d like to considering it’s right by my house. It’s a quick and easy drive thru that gives you the option of getting the most underrated pizza in town. Kudos

Conclusion: Pretty good thick crust pizza with a wide variety of toppings. It’s worth a 15 minute drive or so to get it, but I wouldn’t drive that far or long for it. Plus the management seems to not be very environmentally friendly. I like this drive thru only pizza. I’ve ordered pizza here three times. Very consistent. In Cincinnati, the only places I have to compare it with are LaRosa’s and Queen City. Right now. I enjoy it and prefer it over the other places. I’d give the pizza a 4.4 out of 5. But service/management knocks it down to 3 out of 5 for me. Admittedly, it’s kind of my own fault. I ordered the pizza using their posted online coupons, asked for the deal mentioned in the coupon, and the guy told me to bring it in when I came to pick it up. Well, I was at work, and my work didn’t have a printer for me. So, I had to find a printer and try to download the software, etc. This seriously took like 15 plus minutes at the end of the day. The printer was a POS and did not work. So I did not have the printed coupon when I arrived. When I went through the drive thru, I had it up on my phone all ready for them to look at. They wouldn’t honor it. Kind of «D» if you ask me. Give a man a break seriously. Doesn’t make sense to require people to print it out. WHODOESTHATTHESEDAYS? I don’t know why they are tree haters. Because of this I have a bad memory of this place and have not been back. Time will tell if I order from them again. Kinda bad business if you ask me. I wouldn’t treat my customers that way over essentially nothing. However, I did hear that the Lotta Trotta is pretty good, and I do wanna give it a try. ************************************************ TIP: If you are using coupons from their website, actually print off and bring the coupons with you. They are sticklers about it. You won’t get away with it.

I’m really surprised by how many people like this pizza. I am a pizza fanatic and this stuff tastes worse than the frozen ones you buy in the box at the store(which I refuse to eat.)

Trotta’s has the best pizza by the slice in Cincinnati. I have been to many pizza by the slice places and Trotta’s by far has the best by the slice. First off it is huge, Second it is Hot like piping hot, Third it is Tasty! I am calling eastsiders, Northern Kentucky People, etc adventure over here to the westside and give Trotta’s a try I promise you the trek will be worth it because the pizza is so amazing it puts other pizza by the slices to shame and yes you can get regular sized pizzas too. I promise you might even become a regular!

Skip Larosas and hit up Trotta. The crust has a hint of garlic and crunchiness to it that put it above and beyond. Don’t be frightened that it is a drive through pizza/beer joint. Get a Lotta Trotta pizza and have some friends over!

This can only be described as the best of the best pizza. If you grew up in Cincinnati then you had to have heard of the Lotta Trotta. A sheet cake pizza that is awesome and can feed a lot of people(just ask for a smaller cut) or you can have 32 pieces of heaven. I live on this side of town and no matter how good I can make a dish; my only job is to bring a Trottas pizza to a get together or party. Always the request is for ½ goetta and ½ pepperoni It is a drive thru /delivery and the last of its kind here in Cincinnati. If you are looking for a pizza pie and are near Trottas come in. they always have slices for sale, and a cold 6 pack. I would put this on the list of Cincinnati’s hidden gems.

I am not a la Rosas fan, so was thrilled to discover a great alternative. Hands down some of the best pizza in Cincinnati(I also live adriaticos) I only wish they delivered to Delhi! It’s definitely pricey so we don’t eat here too often. We also love the antipasti salad; absolutely packed with meats, olives, pepperoncinis and pickled cauliflower. Yum!

Love this place. I am so glad it reopened. The pizza has garlicy crust that puts them over the top. You can buy the slice. I like the drive thru.

This place has the BEST sausage! The first pizza you order needs the be a small sicilian with italian sausage, no exceptions or additions. The second should be a goetta pizza for the novelty. BTW this is in a west side drive thru, so no tables.
