I was able to schedule my repair appointment for the same-​day. Rick called me about an hour before my appointment to confirm everything as a courtesy call. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rick who took down my information and let me know that it’d be ready in about an hour. I came back about 30 minutes later– expecting to wait the rest of the time out in their lobby but to my surprise, Rick had my phone all set and ready to go.
I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the service I received. If I ever break my iPhone 5 screen again (crossing my fingers that I don’t), I won’t hesitate to bring it to uBreakiFix in Kenwood for a repair.

These guys are great — I’ve used them several times and they are always quick, knowledgeable and fair.
I’ve tried other places but always end up coming back to uBreakiFix. This time I learned my lesson. I’ll always come here first…

I went to uBreakiFix to find out if they could fix my shattered iPhone 6+ screen. The gentleman that helped me quoted me a price that was $ 100 less than a different place I called and he said he could have it fixed in 2 hours. He did a great job repairing my phone and he had it done in an hour. I was very pleased with the service.

Cracked the glass of my iPhone 6+ and was horrified to hear that their competitor (next to Chipole) was charging $ 219 for the repair I got from uBreakIFix for $ 129. Duh.
Excellent and one hour service — an absolute no-​brainer.

Lesson learned the hard way after cooking my iPhone for an hour in my pocket inside of a hot tub — No amount of rice would bring it back to life.
But uBreakiFix did. It was a pricey fix, but half the cost of a new iPhone.
The guys did a good job with it, while promptly updated me of any additional parts replaced and expected cost.
There were several times that I ended up calling for an update, but this is partially due to my own impatience.
Once the iPhone was fixed, I’ve noticed that the screen view would stay horizontal while holding the phone vertically (only on apps like email and sms), as well as a very weak wifi reception.
A reboot won’t fix these issues.
I have returned the phone to the store and got the wifi issue sorted out the next day.
Sadly the flipped screen issue could not be resolved without completely replacing the motherboard — Which would have brought the price up to a cost of a new phone.
Solution — Keep the screen locked for continues vertical view.
I was impressed by the manger’s (Brian) kind offer to provide a partial credit for the fix (there is a 90 day warranty).
I think that Brian understands costumer service, he knows how to treat costumers, make them feel comfortable and go over all information in detail. Thank you Brian!
A small tip:
Do not communicate with other employees about cost, payments or any discounts previously discussed with Brian. They have little knowledge and it will throw them off.
All in all, a great store to have around with a wonderful costumer service.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Don’t waste your time. I took my phone there over a week ago, and was told it would be done in an hour. A week later, after not being able to get an answer out of them, I stopped in. I have retrieved my non-​working phone, as they either couldn’t fix it, or never bothered getting to it. Again, don’t waste your time.

They did not call to tell me that they could not repair my brand new iphone 5s.
I had to call them multiple times to get a response. I learned that they were unable to repair it, and since its quite far from where I live, decided to pick it up the next time I was in the area.
When I did go 3 weeks later, they made me wait for almost an hour as they searched for the phone.
Finally, I left and was told to come back another time. The next day, I called while I was on my way there (mind you no one on their end had the courtesy to call me), and they told me that they had recycled it. That it. They «recycled» my property without my permission.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the regional manager, who took the time to listen to my concerns and and went out of his way to rectify the issue. He assured me that they were taking steps to improve communications with future customers. I do believe that this establishment cares deeply about ensuring customer satisfaction.

My home button on my iPhone was almost broken off when I took it to the Apple store just to spend $ 30 and for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything unless I pay $ 150 to replace the whole screen! Ridiculous, but UBreakiFix was great! It literally took 5 minutes to replace my home button and it was only $ 10! Woohoo! I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone!

Sometimes we make mistakes. Sometimes those mistakes involve your expensive glossy device. Sadly, there’s little incentive or opportunity to just get it fixed – we just buy a new one – as there seems to no other convenient options if you lack handy man abilities.
Well, fortunately, there is an option. And they’re affordable, efficient, and entirely professional. As I know that more cell phone injuries are inevitably in my future, I know I’ll be back.
Yesterday, I shattered my cell phone screen, and it looked like I would have to buy another phone. Today, I have that same phone in my hand. Not only were they able to repair the screen, they were actually able to utilize one of the screens from my old cell phone that I previously killed with water damage, and put it on my cracked-​screened cell phone. And since I was providing the replacement materials, they only charged for the service.
I highly, highly recommend them for repairs. Considering I’m basically a liability when it comes to technology, I wish more places like this existed.

If you need an electronic device fixed, this is the place to take it. They replaced a broken Ipod screen and an aging battery in no time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If it has a power button they can fix it.

Needed a replacement LCD for a Galaxy S3. They price matched a local competitor and took care of the phone repair in about an hour.

They fixed my iPod and I was very pleased with the service. The technicians were both extremely knowledgeable and personable. However, what really impresses me is the manner in which they responded to an unrelated second problem I discovered with my iTunes library. Quite inexplicably, a significant number of my 8,200+ songs wouldn’t play because — according to a recurrent error message — the corresponding file couldn’t be found. I’ve encountered similar problems in the past and have managed to correct them, but this time nothing worked. Feeling somewhat desperate, I called to ask if they could help with what really isn’t hardware repair but actually tech support. «Absolutely,» was the answer. I brought my laptop and hard drive to the store, booted up on the front counter and after about 10 minutes the nature (although not the specific cause) of the problem and an easily executable fix had been found. When I explained I thought a hard drive malfunction might be the cause of the iTunes failure, they offered to run a complete diagnostic on both the drive and laptop. Amazingly, not only did they do all of this for free but they completed the diagnostic a day earlier than promised. I’m not sure I can remember being more impressed with a service provider.

I had just left the Apple Store, I had an appointment with the «Genius Bar». The Genius’ told me that my son’s Iphone was not repairable. (Tip of headphone stuck in jack)
Stopped by uBreakiFix right at closing time (sorry) and they fixed the phone in less than 5 minutes, Wow!
